IPMAT 2018: Results

IPMAT 2018 result will be declared on the official website of IIM Indore in the form of scores/percentile. Read more on Shiksha.

The schedule for IPMAT 2018 has not been released yet by the officials. However, the exam is expected to be held in the third week of May, 2018, and the result of the same will likely be announced in the last week of May, 2018. 

The result will be declared on the official website of IIM Indore in the form of scores/percentile. Based on the result, the candidates are shortlisted for further rounds of Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI). The scorecard will contain a candidate’s overall and sectional scores. 

Candidates can check their IPMAT 2018 results by following the below mentioned steps:

  • Visit the official website
  • Click on the ‘Results’ tab on the homepage
  • Enter application form number
  • Enter the registered email id or Date of Birth in DD/MM/YY format
  • Enter security code
  • Click on the ‘Get Status’ tab
  • IPMAT 2018 result will appear on the screen
  • Download and take a printout of the same

Candidates must make sure that they keep the printout of the result safe until the admission process ends. Here’s a look at how the IPMAT 2018 scores are computed:

The maximum and minimum scores are the highest and lowest scores secured by the candidate in respective sections.

The scores of IPMAT 2018 will decide whether the test-taker will be eligible for WAT and PI or not. The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the WAT-PI rounds at any of the eight centres, namely Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Kolkata and Mumbai.

IPMAT is conducted for admission to IIM Indore's integrated programme in management programme (IPM). It is five year programme for management admissions.

No, IIM Indore IPM admission is not possible without appearing for IPMAT. It is an aptitude test conducted by Indian Institute of Management, Indore. Score obtained in aptitude test is given a weightage of 65% in Composite Score which serves as basis of final selection.
