IIM Indore to conduct Leadership Management Programme in Hindi

IIM Indore has commenced the admissions for the first batch of this programme, and the programme will start in January 2024. This residential course aims to foster a transformative learning experience, immersing participants in an environment conducive to knowledge assimilation and skill development. 

Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore) is all set to impart management and leadership knowledge in the Hindi language. This initiated is a part of the institute’s foray into Hindi-language education with the launch of the Leadership Development Programme - Hindi. In an official release, the institute said, “This marks a significant step towards inclusivity, shattering traditional language barriers in management education and opening doors to quality education for a broader audience.”

The institute informed that the admissions for the first batch of this programme are now open, and the programme will start in January 2024. This milestone was first unveiled by IIM Indore’s Director, Professor Himanshu Rai, during the institution's Foundation Day on October 3, 2023.

The 10-day programme, scheduled to commence in January 2024, is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of various business functions. Attendees will delve into topics such as leadership, management practices, marketing, financial accounting, human resource management, operations management, digital applications for business, product strategy, supply chain and logistics, conflict management, negotiation, business models, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, design thinking, stakeholder management, analytics for managers, strategy formulation and execution, and communication skills.

IIM Indore director said that the institute is planning to extend similar programmes in other Indian languages in the future, ensuring access to quality education for a wider audience across the nation.

The objective is to equip individuals with the tools and insights necessary for effective leadership, ensuring they emerge not only as professionals but as visionary leaders capable of steering their organizations towards success.
