KIITEE 2025 Exam Dates: The KIITEE Phase I registration link is active. The mode of the KIITEE 2025 application form is online. How to Register for the KIITEE 2025 Application Form?

The mode of the KIITEE registration form is online. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can complete the form before the due date. The step-by-step process to register for the KIITEE Phase I form is as follows -

  • Visit the official website of kiitee.ac.in or kiit.ac.in
  • Select on the “Online Application”
  • Go through the instructions carefully and proceed with the registration.
  • Fill out the personal, communication, and educational qualification details. 
  • Upload the photographs, signature, and 10th mark sheet/certificate per the specifications to complete the application form. 
  • Submit the application form and keep a copy for future purposes. 

KIITEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria 

Candidates registering for the KIITEE application form must meet the criteria imposed by the KIIT—the eligibility criteria for KIITEE undergraduate and postgraduate courses is as follows -

  • For KIITEE B.Tech admission, candidates must have passed 10+2 in 2023 or 2024 or must be appearing in the 10+2 examination in 2025. 
  • They must have a minimum passing percentage of 60% or above, with Maths, Physics, and Chemistry as their compulsory subjects. 
  • For B.Tech and M.Tech Biotechnology, candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology/Biology taken together. 
  • The applicant must have been born on or after July 1, 2004. 

For M.Tech admission to KIIT, the applicants must meet the following eligibility conditions -

  • Applicants must have completed B.Tech or equivalent in a relevant discipline with a minimum qualifying mark from a recognised university or institute. 

Registrations for KIITEE Phase I will close on April 8, 2025 and the exam will be held from April 16 to April 20, 2025.
