RIE CEE Application Form 2026: Direct Link, Registration Dates, Fees & Steps to Fill the Form

Candidates need to submit the required documents

• Scanned passport-sized photograph and signature
• Details from your Class 10, Class 12, or Graduation mark sheets (depending on the course applied for) to enter marks and grades
•  A valid government-issued ID such as an Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, or Passport.
•  If applying under SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS categories, a scanned copy of the certificate issued by a competent authority.
• Proof of residence in the State or UT you are applying from. This is mandatory for state quota verification.
• Valid Email ID and Mobile Number

Candidates must carefully follow the given instructions while filling out the RIE CEE 2026 Application Form to ensure successful submission and avoid rejection due to errors or incomplete details.

1. Read the Guidelines Thoroughly
Before starting the application process, go through the official RIE CEE 2026 notification and eligibility criteria for your chosen course. Ensure that you meet all the requirements before proceeding.

2. Use Valid Contact Details
Provide an active email ID and mobile number. All communication regarding the exam, including OTPs, login credentials, and updates, will be sent to these.

3. Enter Accurate Personal Information
Fill in your name, date of birth, and other personal details exactly as mentioned in your official documents (Class 10 certificate or equivalent). Any mismatch may lead to disqualification.

4. Upload Documents in the Prescribed Format
Ensure that your photograph, signature, and certificates are scanned and uploaded in the correct format, size, and dimensions as specified in the application guidelines.

5. Choose the Correct Course and Group
Select the appropriate group (A, B, or C) and course based on your eligibility. Double-check before final submission, as changes may not be allowed later.

6. Review Before Submission
Use the “Preview” option to verify all entered details. Make corrections if necessary before clicking the “Submit” button.

7. Payment Confirmation
After submitting the form, proceed to the payment gateway. Ensure that the payment is successful and note down the transaction ID for future reference.

8. Save a Copy of the Application
Download and print the completed application form and payment receipt. These will be required during the admission and counselling process.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

• Entering incorrect personal or academic details.

• Uploading unclear or incorrectly sized photographs or signatures.

• Using inactive or incorrect email IDs or mobile numbers.

• Submit the form without reviewing the entered information.

The RIE CEE 2026 Application form filling process will be made available for candidates who wish to appear for this teaching entrance exam. Completing all the required details is important to get the RIE CEE registration number. Here is how you can complete the form-filling process.

Registration as a New Candidate

• Browse to the official RIE CEE registration website. The window will be open for a limited time period. 

• The candidate should fill out all the required information, i.e., Personal Details, Contact Details, etc. correctly and press the Generate button.

• OTPs will be sent to the candidate’s Mobile No. & E-mail ID, separately. The candidate must enter both OTPs to verify Mobile No. & E-mail ID, respectively.

• Candidates agreeing the terms & conditions may apply by clicking 'I Agree’ Check box given after the Declaration and then re-verify the selected/entered values by clicking the “Reverify” button and then ticking the Check Boxes, if the entered values are displayed correctly, and pressing the “Submit” button

• After clicking SUBMIT button/ tab, the candidates will receive Application Sequence No. (User ID) & Password on their E-mail ID and Mobile No. Now, candidate must Click “Go To Application” button (given on top right corner) to reach to next step.

Login

• Use the emailed details to sign in.

• Enter all the details and double-check it.

• Upload all the documents that is being asked in the prescribed format.

• Make to payment for the final submission.

After signing-up, candidate can either go to the Step-II (for filling up application details) by clicking the “Go To Application” button OR if the candidate has logged out after registration, then the candidate can re-login by entering the User Id and Password on Login page and then clicking on “LOGIN” button for login. Then

• The candidate must Click on “Go To Application” button at top right corner for filling-up Personal Details, Additional Details, Communication Details, Qualification Details, Test City, Declaration, Upload relevant Documents (photo/ signature, relevant certificates, etc.).

• After filling all required details Candidate must submit the application.

• Pay applicable Application Fee online via CC Avenue Payment Gateway through Net Banking, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, etc.

Uploading Documents

Instructions regarding scanning of Photograph, Signature: Candidates should upload the scanned (digital) image of their photograph and signature in Jpg/jpeg format, as per the process given below:

Photograph Image:

• The photograph must be a recent passport size colour picture with a light background (not older than 03
  weeks).

• Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.

• The size of the scanned image should be between 100KB to 200KB in jpg/jpeg format only.

Signature image:

• The applicant has to sign on white paper with a black ink pen.

• The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.

• Please scan the signature area only and not the entire page.

• Size of file should be between 80KB and 150KB in JPG/JPEG format only.

Certificates/Documents:

• Scanned copies of required certificates, respectively, for EWS / SC/ ST/ OBC (NCL)/ PWD, etc., as applicable.

• Size of the respective scanned file should be between 100 KB and a maximum of 1000 KB size in PDF/JPG/JPEG format only

Important: A candidate can apply for more than one Programme for admission with a single registration and a single payment as per their eligibility (as specified in the Eligibility Criteria in the CEE Portal). After uploading the photograph, signature, and required Certificates/ Documents, click on "Preview" tab and check whether the particulars filled are correct in all respects. In case of any error, the same can be edited before finally clicking on "Submit" tab. Once the application is submitted, candidates will automatically be redirected to CC Avenue payment gateway to deposit the fee.

RIE CEE Eligibility Criteria

To successfully submit the application form, candidates will have to pay the RIE CEE 2026 application fee in online mode through either debit card/ credit card/ net banking) or offline (Canara Bank/ HDFC e-challan) mode.

After you pay the fee, you need to print or save your RIE CEE 2026 application form and keep it with you. It will be needed later when you go for admission at your RIE.

Important: The RIE CEE 2026 application form fee can change anytime, the amount shown now is just rough idea.

When you submit the form, it will take you to CC Avenue payment page for paying online. Check your details once before you do payment. You can use any payment mode that works for you. After your payment done, it will bring you back to your application form page. Keep your payment transaction number safe, you might need it later.

If candidates make any errors while filling out the RIE CEE 2026 Application Form, the conducting authority may open a form correction window for a limited period. During this time, applicants can log in using their credentials and edit specific details such as:

• Personal information (except name and date of birth)

• Academic details

• Uploaded documents (if required)

• Test city preference

After the correction window closes, no further changes will be allowed. Therefore, candidates must review all details carefully before final submission.
