How to Attempt RRB NTPC Phase 2 exam?: Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have announced RRB NTPC exam dates 2022 for Phase 2/CBT 2 exam. This stage will be conducted for those candidates who have qualified the CBT 1 exam. As the exam dates for RRB NTPC Phase 2 have been announced, candidates must begin their preparation early to complete the syllabus. The first and foremost step toward preparation is understanding the syllabus and exam pattern. Candidates must solve the previous years' question papers for Phase 2 exam to be familiar with the type of questions asked in the exam. Candidates must also solve mock tests to analyse their preparation for the exam. Though the subjects of RRB NTPC phase 2 exam are the same as phase 1. However, there is a variation in the difficulty level. The difficulty level of RRB NTPC 2022 phase 2 exam is high compared to phase 1 exam. RRB NTPC Phase 2 Exam Pattern 2022 

 RRB NTPC exam pattern 2022 for phase 2 is such that it is divided into three sections: General Questions Awareness, Mathematics, and General Intelligence and Reasoning. The test carries a total of 120 objective-type questions. The duration of the test is 90 minutes (120 minutes is given to PwBD candidates). There is a negative marking in the exam, 0.33 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

How to Attempt RRB NTPC 2022 Phase 2 Exam?

To score better in the phase 2 exam, it is advised to follow the below-mentioned strategy:

Speed and Accuracy

It is important to strike a balance between speed and accuracy. Many times, a question can be easily solved through a simple trick or using the formula. You should know to comprehend and evaluate when to solve a question through the trick or through concept.

Use Elimination Method

To effectively use this method, first go through all the options and mark the options which cannot fit into the correct answer as per your understanding. Try to eliminate maximum options until you get the final option as your answer.

Do Not Waste Time on Any Single Question

Do not waste time on any single question and move ahead to the next one. You have only 90 minutes to solve 120 questions, therefore, you need to be pretty fast in solving the questions. If you find any question to be tricky or lengthy or confusing, skip and attempt the next question. You should attempt such types of questions at the end.

Read the Question Properly

Before attempting any question, read it carefully and then mark the correct answer. You need to keep in mind that there is a negative marking, for any wrong answer 0.33 marks are deducted as a penalty. To avoid getting negative marks, you need to answer questions carefully.

Stay Positive Throughout the Exam

Believe in your preparation and stay positive throughout the exam. Do not get disheartened if you are not able to find the solution to a single question. Keep attempting the questions in which you are confident.

Last-minute strategy

During the last few days, leading to the exam it is important to brush up on the important topics and do revisions. It is recommended not to go through any new topics. You need to do a smart revision and try to cover all the subjects. Keep calm and do not get nervous before the exam. You need to eat healthily and sleep well.
