CUET PG 2025 Botany Exam Analysis

The overall difficulty level of the CUET PG 2025 Botany exam was easy to moderate. More questions were asked about genetics and plant molecular biology. The exam officials also asked a few questions on scientific names of some plants (angiosperms and gymnosperms). There were a few questions which were one-liners, and to answer other questions, conceptual and practical domain knowledge was required.

Good Attempt: 55-60 questions.

CUET PG 2025 Electronics and Communication Exam Analysis 

Candidates can find the students' reaction and CUET PG 2025 exam analysis based on the candidates' output from below:

Esha: Exam difficulty level was easy to moderate. The main part of the contained question paper is from the Physics domain. Questions from Maths and computer domains were asked less. Only 4-5 maths questions were asked.

Suggestion from the Candidate: The command over the subject must be strong for candidates to have a good score in the Electronics and Communication Paper. Candidates having their basics clear will help them to gain an extra edge in the CUET PG scorecard. Taking online and offline coaching for the CUET PG 2025 exam will definitely help the candidates to get their basics clear, and also in solving the higher-order thinking and practical questions which are coming in the examination.

Maths Question (Memory-Based Questions): Questions were asked from the Probability Topic

  1. A, B and C are racing in a competition. Winning probability of Aand B are the same and twice of C. Find the winning probabilities of B and C.

 Both the physics subjects, numerical and theoretical questions were asked in the examination. Very few were direct. Most of the questions were designed to test the analytical and critical abilities of the candidates.

Good Attempt- 60 to 65

Ashwat: The physics part of the questions was more difficult in solve than the maths and computer application questions. 40 per cent of the questions in the exam were numerical, and 60 per cent of the questions were theoretical.

Ananya: Overall exam difficulty level was easy to moderate and the difficult part of the exam was Numericals, and they were time-consuming.

CUET PG 2025 Mathematics Exam: Student Reaction

The overall CUET PG 2025 Mathematics exam difficulty level was moderate to tough. There was an equal distribution of numerical and theory-based questions in the examination. Based on the previous year exam difficulty level, this year the CUET PG Mathematics 2025 exam was slightly difficult to attempt. The time duration given to attempt 75 questions seemed to be very short.

CUET PG 2025 Statistics Analysis

The overall CUET PG 2025 Statistics exam difficulty level was moderate. Questions were found to be lengthy as per the amount of time given by the exam officials. Maximum questions that were asked in the CUET PG 2025 exam had required a practical and analytical approach by the test takers. Only 1-2 questions were one liners.

CUET PG 2024 Pharmacy Exam Analysis 

Few students who had appeared for Pharmacy subject in the CUET PG 2024 exam found the exam difficulty level as moderate to tough. Among the appeared students they have found that the questions were more of analytical based and merely just studying the concepts won’t solve the questions coming in the CUET PG 2024 pharmacy question paper.

No numerical-based questions were asked. Questions were based on Theoretical knowledge of the subject domain. Candidates are expecting the low cut off in the CUET PG 2024 cut off.

Swati: Level of difficulty in the examination was moderate to easy. Question which were coming from Pharmacy cognosy were little difficult to attempt. Pharmacology and Pharmaceutics , Anatomics topics were easy to attempt. Organic pharmacy questions were taking much time to solve and were analytical in approach.

Good score- 55 to 60

CUET PG 2023 Analysis

CUET PG 2023 Section 1 or the General section was found to be easy to moderate by maximum number of candidates in the examination centres. The questions were on Language Comprehension had questions from unseen passages.The questions were based on Reading Comprehension and the types of questions were direct from the passage, and others were vocabulary and synonym-antonym, idioms and phrases and basic grammatical based.

In Verbal Ability, some basic and simple questions were asked on spotting errors, blood relationships, sentence equivalence and many more. Some other questions were asked from analytical skills and from GK section.

In terms of the subject-wise CUET 2023 analysis, the difficulty level was moderate to tough. The subject-wise topics and chapters along with the weightages are given below.

CUET PG 2023 Analysis for Mathematics

as per the student's review the CUET PG 2023 Mathematics exam was found to be moderately easy.

Questions were asked from Real analysis, Complex Analysis, Algebra and Vector Analysis. Many of the questions that were asked in the examination had the analytical approach to answer the questions. Q:   What is CUET PG exam pattern?
A: 

NTA will do some minor changes in the CUET PG exam pattern. Now the exam duration of the CUET PG exam will be 90 minutes instead of 105. There will be 75 MCQ questions asked from the candidates domain knowledge. The exam will be conducted in online/CBT mode in a bilingual medium.

Q:   What is the format of the CUET PG exam?

The CUET PG exam is conducted in a computer-based mode. The format of the questions is objective type. There are 75 multiple choice questions with four options. With the help of a mouse, students have to mark the correct answer option and click on Save and Next to move to the next question. They can also mark a question for review. The CUET PG exam screen will show the total number of attempted, unattempted, and marked for review questions. Candidates can also move forward and backward with the help of mouse.

Q:   Who sets the CUET PG syllabus?
A: 

The CUET PG 2026 examination will be conducted by the National Testing Agency in the various examination centres across the nation a few cities outside India. The syllabus for the CUET PG papers will be set by the exam conducting authority. The subject experts, after taking all the probable suggestions from all the participating universities, will set the syllabus for the PG level entrance exam on the basis of their undergraduate course curriculum.

Q:   Did CUET PG MCA syllabus 2026 change?

The CUET PG 2026 syllabus for MCA has remained the same as last year. Last year, NTA added some new topics in the CUET PG MCA syllabus for the academic session 2025-2026. There are three major subjects in the CUET PG MCA syllabus, namely, Decision Making and Thinking Skills, Mathematics and Computers. The exam officials added a few more topics in the Computer subject.

Q:   What is the difficulty level of MSc Microbiology entrance exam?

The MSc Microbiology entrance exam difficulty can be described in the range of moderate to high. For instance, the CUET PG examination is conducted in numerous streams and master's subjects; therefore, it is tricky to determine the difficulty of the examination subject-wise. The difficulty level of the exam differs widely across various subjects and slots. As per the CUET PG marking scheme, four marks are awarded for each correct answer. For each wrong answer, one mark is deducted. There is no negative marking for unanswered questions.

The National Testing Agency released the CUET PG 2026 notification on December 14, 2025. However, there has not been any change in terms of exam pattern, syllabus or application process. The total number of exam cities has decreased.

RMLAU CUET PG cutoff  2024 was released for admission to the PG-level courses for various categories under the Home State quota. 

For the MCA course, the round 1 cutoff rank was 12695,  and the last round rank was increased to 14092 for the General category students under the Home State quota.
