CUET PG exam is the nationwide exam conducted by the National Testing Agency to select candidates for the Post Graduate Courses in the participating universities, which include central, state and deemed universities. CUET PG 2027 Eligibility & Application Form

Candidates must fulfil the eligibility factors decided by the Central Universities to apply and appear for CUET PG 2027. NTA will announce the eligibility criteria or factors in the information bulletin. The eligibility criteria for CUET PG 2027 are as follows:
- Candidates must have passed a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognised institute
- Final year students are also eligible to apply, provided they pass the qualifying exam before the counselling process
- There is no age limit for applying for the CUET PG exam. However, universities may have separate eligibility criteria regarding age limit or other factors.

CUET PG Reservation Criteria 2027
Providing Reservation relaxation to the weaker categories of CUET PG aspirants helps them to avail themselves of the reservation, including comparatively lower application fees, cutoff marks, and course/admission fees. Indian Nationals belonging to certain categories are admitted under the seats reserved for them in accordance with the rules prescribed by the Government of India. Candidates must note that the benefit of reservation will be provided to them, subject to the verification of their documents. If it is discovered at any stage that a candidate has used a false/fake /incorrect document, or has furnished false, incorrect, or incomplete information to avail the benefit of reservation, then such a candidate shall be excluded from all admission processes. In case such a candidate has already been given admission, the admission shall stand cancelled.

Note-
- Candidates with at least 40 per cent impairment, irrespective of the type of disability, shall be eligible for the benefits of the PwD category.

- Candidates with less than 40 per cent disability, but difficulty in writing, as prescribed by the Competent Authority, are also included in this category.
CUET PG Application Form 2027
The CUET PG 2027 applications will start in December 2027. The last date to fill the applications will fall in January 2027. The candidates will be required to fill the NTA registration form to generate the application ID and password. The candidates will be allowed to fill the CUET application form only after logging in.
Students will have to fill out the CUET PG application form with their personal and academic details, programme and exam city preferences, and upload the required documents. After filling in all the details in the form, candidates have to submit the CUET PG registration fee via debit/credit card, Net Banking, Paytm, and UPI modes.

The NTA can change the application fee by notifying it in the information brochure. The latest application fee will be available here. The CUET PG centres will be located in 292 cities, including 16 cities outside India. Candidates can choose four cities in order of preference. The number of exam cities has been reduced from last year.

No. CUET PG applications are accepted in online mode only. NTA, the exam conducting body doesn't accept any offline application form for CUET exam. If someone sends application by any offline modes such as Fax or by hand, that will not be accepted.

CUET PG 2027 Pattern, Syllabus & Preparation
CUET PG exam pattern 2027 consists of 75 questions to be completed in 90 minutes. As per CUET PG pattern, each correct answer will carry four marks, and for each wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted. And the unanswered questions will not receive marks. The CUET PG 2027 exam will be a computer-based test.

CUET PG Preparation
The CUET PG preparation should start at least a year before the exam. Hence, students in their final year of college should start by knowing about the exam, followed by identifying the strengths and weaknesses and writing mock tests to begin with.
- Know the exam: First and foremost, know the exam pattern, including duration, number and type of questions, and marking scheme.
- Select the papers or subjects: Next, select the subject or papers you want to opt for. According to NTA, students can select up to four test papers. Based on that, preparation has to be done.
- Check the syllabus: NTA provides a detailed syllabus for each subject. Before starting the preparation, students should go through the topics and chapters. The syllabus is designed in line with the curriculum of the Bachelor's degree courses or equivalent.
- Get the right books and study materials: Generally, the college textbooks and study materials are sufficient for preparing for CUET PG 2027. But students may look for subject-specific notes and guidebooks available in the market, published specifically for CUET PG preparation.
- Solve previous years' CUET PG question papers: The CUET PG question papers for the past years are released by NTA. Students are advised to download and solve them to gain an in-depth understanding of the question types and topics covered.
- Take CUET PG mock tests: Taking CUET PG mock tests in an exam-specific environment and duration will act as the core for preparation. CUET PG mocks are provided by coaching institutes as well as NTA. Total marks of the CUET PG exam is 300. The number of questions in the exam is 75. Each question carries four marks. One mark is removed for each wrong answer. There is a single section. All questions are asked from the subject or paper opted for.
NTA will do some minor changes in the CUET PG exam pattern. Now the exam duration of the CUET PG exam will be 90 minutes instead of 105. There will be 75 MCQ questions asked from the candidates domain knowledge. The exam will be conducted in online/CBT mode in a bilingual medium.
The CUET PG exam is conducted in a computer-based mode. The format of the questions is objective type. There are 75 multiple choice questions with four options. With the help of a mouse, students have to mark the correct answer option and click on Save and Next to move to the next question. They can also mark a question for review. The CUET PG exam screen will show the total number of attempted, unattempted, and marked for review questions. Candidates can also move forward and backward with the help of mouse.

CUET PG Test Centres 2027
The Test Centres of CUET PG are located in around 292 cities across India and abroad. As many as 16 international cities are also chosen by NTA. Candidates are required to select four test cities while filling the application form for CUET PG 2027 in preferential order. The application fee also varies as per the selection of the Indian and international CUET PG 2027 exam centre. Once the test centre is allotted in the admit card, candidates' requests to change the test city are not entertained.

Candidates should keep in mind the following information in mind during and after downloading the CUET PG admit card.
In case a candidate is unable to download his/ her CUET PG admit cards from the website, he or she may approach the Help Line 011 40759000 between 9.30 am to 5.30 pm or write an email to NTA. It is mandatory to get the admit card of CUET PG signed by a parent/guardian.
It is mandatory to carry a valid photo ID proof on the day of CUET PG.
Candidates have to carry a passport-sized photograph on the day of the examination. This photograph has to be affixed to the attendance sheet.
In case of any discrepancy in the particulars of the candidate or his/her photograph and signatures shown on the Admit Card and Confirmation Page, the candidate may immediately approach the Help Line between the timings given above. In such cases, candidates would appear in

The CUET PG intimation slip is the precursor to the admit card. In this document candidates will only be intimated about city where their CUET PG exam centre has been allotted. The objective of this document is to help candidates prepare in advance regarding the exam day travel or commute.
In case of any discrepancy in the particulars of the candidate or his/her photograph and signature shown on the CUET-PG admit card, candidates should immediately approach the NTA Help Line between 10.00 A. M. and 5.00 P. M. NTA mentions, "In such a case, the candidate would appear in the examination with the already downloaded Admit Card. However, NTA will take necessary action to make corrections in the record later.
Candidates are advised to immediately contact the officials and the conducting body if the candidate is not able to download their CUET-PG admit cards. The contact details will be provided on exam website and the information bulletin as well. No, the conducting body for CUET PG does not change every year. The National Testing Agency, or NTA, is responsible for conducting the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) PG.
Though good score varies for each stream and colleges, score of 270 out of 300 is considered good enough to get top colleges in CUET PG exam. Students who score 200 to 250 also get colleges of their choice. Students should aim to score at least 200 to get admission in CUET PG exam.
NTA doesn't release cutoff marks for each speciality for CUET PG exam. Cutoff depends upon difficulty level, number of students etc. Students do need to try to score maximum marks out of 300 to increase their chances of admission.
Actually yes, faculty of Law BHU accept applicants CUET-PG scores for selection. Candidates seeking admission must a valid score in the national-level examination.
• A Central Control Room was opened to monitor and facilitate the smooth conduct of the Examination on the ground. 02 National Coordinators, 19 Regional Coordinators, 303 City Coordinators, 1083 Observers, and 162 Deputy Observers were deployed.
• Live CCTV Surveillance was planned in all examination centres to curb malpractices in the examination. The NTA also made arrangements for live viewing of remote locations of all examination centres from the Control Room located in the NTA premises of New Delhi. Recording of CCTV Systems was also done.
• The examination centres were also monitored using AI-based Video Analytics and Virtual Observers.
• In order to stop cheating using mobile networks, Jammers were installed in all the Centres.

The National Testing Agency will release the CUET PG admit card 2027, after the registration process is over and city intimation slips are released. The tentative release date for CUET PG hall ticket is last week of February 2027.

CUET PG application form 2027 will likely be released in the second week of December 2026. With CUET PG scores, candidates will be able to get admission to postgraduate degree programs like MA, MSc, MCom, MTech, MFA, and other professional degrees like MBA, BEd, LLB, and LLM courses.

NTA removed Part A from the CUET PG exam in 2025. As per the latest exam pattern, the NTA ask only subject-related questions in the CUET PG exam.
