    Q:   What is the cutoff of AKTU for 2024 admission?
    A: 

    AKTU accepts JEE Main Scores for admission to the BTech and BTech Integrated courses. AKTU BTech cutoff 2024 has been concluded and as per the available data, the cutoff ranged between 30751.6 and 1413411 for the General AI category candidates. Wherein, the B.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering was the most competitive course with a Last Round closing rank of 30751.6 for the General AII India category students.

    Q:   Is CUET compulsory for AKTU admission?
    A: 

    Yes, candidates seeking admission to DR. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University undergraduate and postgraduate courses must have appeared for the CUET-UG and CUET-PG entrance exams, respectively. AKTU will not admit students who do not a valid CUET score. NTA usually releases CUET result in July. CUET UG Counselling is held and conducted separately by the participating institutes. CUET UG Counselling is usually held between Jul and Aug.

    Q:   How many rounds of counselling are there in CUET for AKTU admission?
    A: 

    DR. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University is expected to conduct a total of six rounds for CUET-UG-qualified candidates. However, the cutoff rounds are conducted as per seat availability. If seats are available after AKTU round six of the counselling process, the University will release the special round to fulfil their vacant seats. 

    Q:   Who is eligible for AKTU?
    A: 

    A minimum of Class 12 is required for AKTU UG and graduation for AKTU PG courses. Below is the AKTU eligibility for top courses:

    A: 

    Yes, AKTU is one of the participating universities of CUET-UG and CUET-PG. Candidates wishing to apply for AKTU CUET courses, must register first at the official website of CUET. Admission to below-mentioned courses is through CUET-UG or CUET-PG:

    A: 

    AKTU offers a full-time DPharm through City Group of College, which is a college affiliated to AKTU. The college offers a two-year Diploma in Pharmacy for candidates who have passed Class 12 in the stream of Science. Admission to the programme is granted based on the applicants' merit in Class 12, subject to fulfiment of the eligibility criteria and availability of seats. The DPharm fee at City Group of College is INR 5.2 lakh. The mentioned fee is sourced from official sources but is still subject to change.

    AKTU is a state-level, public collegiate university. Formerly known as Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), it is a University of National Importance, specially for the UG and PG courses offered in the field of Engineering and Science. AKTU is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and is also a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). Coming to the AKTU placements, the university has not released the placement report for the year 2023. However, as per media reports, 1,531 students were selected in TCS. A total of 318 students were placed with a package of INR 7.60 LPA in TCS Digital and rest 1,213 students were placed with a package of INR 3.60 LPA in TCS Ninja during AKTU placement 2023.

    Good infrastructure and teaching quality.
    Placements: The placements quality of our college is great. Top recruiters companies are Wipro, TCS, Infosys, etc. In the last year, the lowest salary package was 2.46 Lacs per annum and the highest package was around 11.56 Lacs per annum. Placements training and bootcamps are very helpful from 2nd year onwards.
    Infrastructure: College has a very good infrastructure. It has a very good system in terms of free the Wi-Fi facility. On the other hand, the library has enough books to borrow. Food quality is good and tasty in the college’s canteen. Medical facilities are available. Other required facilities are also available.
    Faculty: Most of the faculty members are very supportive and helpful. Their knowledge is also great. They help you to follow proper guidelines for placement preparations. If you are a good student who attends every class, you will get a good score. Exams are not too hard to clear and almost every student clears their exams.

    Placements: Wipro, Amazon, Mahindra, and HCL are some of the companies recruiting in my course. The highest package is 20L, and the average package is 3L to 5L p.a. in SR Group of Institutions, Lucknow. The placement percentage is approximately 70% in SR Group of Institutions, Lucknow. The top roles offered are in the finance department and the insurance department.
    Infrastructure: B.Voc (BFSI) is a professional or practical-based course. There are subjects like finance, banking, marketing, mutual funds, and HRM that help a lot in getting a job in the corporate world. There is the facility of Wi-Fi 24/7, and labs and the library are also available. In a room, there are four students, and facilities provided include a bed, mattress, chair, table, light, water, and 24/7 Wi-Fi.
    Faculty: The faculty members are very helpful by nature and are good at their work. Their qualifications are perfect for teaching us. The course is very supportive for a lifetime in jobs and personal business. It prepares students for working in the corporate world, and the teachers also support and help in the personal development of students.
    Other: I am interested in finance, so I chose this course, and I am very happy and motivated about it. The best thing is that this course offers an internship opportunity after every semester, which enhances the student's personality.

    Overall, it's a good college.
    Placements: Approximately 30 percent to 50 percent of students are placed in my college. The highest package is 7 Lacs and the lowest is 3 Lacs. You can become a software developer as I am from the SD branch. However, you can also choose other branches like banking and others. You can also become a web developer as they teach enough coding.
    Infrastructure: Our class atmosphere is really good, with a capacity of 65 to 70 students. They provide labs as well, and there are at least 3 to 4 lab days in a week, which can help you a lot. Here in our hostel, we have unlimited Wi-Fi access, and the food is okay, not bad, not so good.
    Faculty: Teachers are really helpful; they help us a lot, and we gain confidence after entering this college. All the teachers always try to make us better students. They are friendly, and we also go for industrial visits. Semester exams are not that tough in this course; you can easily achieve 75 percent.
    Other: Well, I chose B.Voc because it comes with many advantages. You can leave this course anytime and still get a certificate. It has a low fee structure but provides better education and practical knowledge. Here in this college, there are so many events; recently, we went to IIT BHU, which was amazing, right? In fact, there are Korean singing events, fresher parties, Holi parties, farewell parties, etc. There is also an option for scholarships.

    The college is overall good.
    Placements: Around 15 students are placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 50 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The students are recruited in banks like HDFC bank, and brokers in the share market. Almost 90% of students get internships in our course. Roles offers are like a manager, etc.
    Infrastructure: In our college, all facilities like Wi-Fi, sports classes, etc. are available. It also provides medical facilities and a canteen on the campus. It also provides sports and games, but students are not serious about sports which is the main problem in our college.
    Faculty: Faculty members are knowledgeable and qualified, but the teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is relevant, and faculty members are very polite and humble.
    Other: I opted for this course, because of my interest in it. The best thing is the placements of this course. The thing that is needed to be improved is teaching, the way they study because they teach very fast. Another main problem is their washrooms are not clean, and in that area, they are a very bad smell.
