DTU Hostel: Fees, Registration, Allotment, Facilities & Seats

Delhi Technological University has separate hostels for boys and girls. It has 10 hostels for boys and 3 hostels for girls. DTU hostels can accommodate over 2500 students. Students seeking accommodation must apply through the DTU hostel portal (https://dtuhostel.in/). DTU hostel allotment is only for full-time students, and preference will be given to students residing outside Delhi. Students within a radius of 20 km will not be provided hostel accommodation. DTU Hostel Registration 

For hostel accommodation at DTU, candidates must register on the DTU hostel portal at https://dtuhostel.in/. Add your email ID and create a password to register online. After registration, the DTU hostel registration form 2026 will appear, where candidates can mention their first name, middle name and last name, followed by admission year, University Roll Number/Admission application Form registration no/JAC or JEE roll no, email ID which was used during the JEE Main/JAC Delhi/Admission registration form and gender. Possession of the allotted hostel will be granted once the students have deposited the non-refundable hostel and mess fees. Follow the steps below to register for DTU hostel allotment: 

• Visit DTU hostel portal and click on 'New Registration' 
• Fill in all required details to create the account  
• Upload the required documents and click on the Submit tab for hostel allotment and join the waitlist. 
• After hostel allotment, students are required to submit a duly signed hard copy of the documents

• Original signed 03 affidavits of parents/guardian and students
•  Four passport-size photographs 
• Copy of the JAC Admission Letter/ University Admission Letter
• Hostel Registration Form
• Hostel Allotment Letter
• Valid Address Proof

DTU Hostels For Boys and Girls 

Delhi Technological University hostels have all basic amenities, such as a bed, a study table and a chair, a wardrobe, etc. Every hostel has its own gymnasium and a common room, with indoor game facilities. The hostel also provides newspapers and magazines to the students. For meals, it has well-maintained mess services which provide hygienic food to the students. DTU Hostel Fees 2026 

DTU hostel room allotment will be given to the students once they have submitted the hostel and mess fees in advance. DTU hostel fees 2026 vary depending on the type of room: single-seater, double-seater, AC/ Non-AC rooms, etc. DTU mess fee 2026 is INR 3480 per month. DTU Hostel Facilities 

DTU hostel accommodation varies depending on the hostel type. For example, Type II Hostel has a (2+2+1) system, which means each flat has 5 Students. For Aryabhatta Boys Hostel, each flat has 3 students (2+1). Some of the basic DTU hostel facilities available are given below:
