Every year, CNLU releases CLAT Allotment lists for admission to all the National Law Universities in India including NALSAR. For 2024 admission, the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has released the CLAT Fourth Allotment list 2024. However for NLU Hyderabad, the cutoff stands closed after round 1 of the seat allotmemt result.

During the NALSAR CLAT cutoff 2024 for the EWS category, the Round 1 closing rank for BA LLB is 564. So, candidates secring a rank of 600 in CLAT 2024 is not eligibe to get into NALSAR for BA LLB (Hons) admission.

 

Q:   What is the NALSAR Hyderabad cutoff 2025 for candidates other than the General category?
A: 

The NALSAR Hyderabad BA LLB (Hons) cutoff 2025 has been released for the first round. NALSAR admission to the law courses is based on candidates' performance in the CLAT entrance exam, followed by counselling rounds. For the OBC category students in the All India quota, the CLAT Round 1 cutoff 2025 stood at 1219. For the same category, the first round closing rank was 1532 in the home state quota. Considering the cutoff data, it is evident that the cutoff is more competitive for the students belonging to the AI quota as compared to the HS quota. Q:   Can I get admission in NALSAR without CLAT?
A: 

NALSAR University of Law, don’t offer admission to BA LLB and LLM programmes without a valid CLAT score. Candidates looking forward to practising law in India, are required to clear the All India Bar Exam (AIBE) that is conducted by BCI. On clearing the AIBE exam, lawyers are awarded a ‘Certificate of Practice’ which is mandatory for practising the profession as an advocate in India. However, aspirants who wish to apply for MBA or BBA may not require CLAT and can get admission based on other accepted entrance exams.

 

NALSAR Hyderabad Cutoff 2025 for OBC AI Category

For the OBC AI category, the closing cutoff in the first and last round was 1219 for this category's BA LLB (Hons) course, which is easier when compared to the BA LLB (Hons) course cutoff for the General AI category, which ranged from 150 to 162. On the other hand, the LLM course specialisations had a closing cutoff of 580 to 814, according to the first and last round cutoff, which is also more lenient for this category than for the General AI counterpart's, which was from 143 to 216.
