Offered by Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Banaras Hindu University
4.6
Beautiful campus with great infrastructure.
Placements: Most of the students pursue higher education. Only a few choose a career. After post-graduation or Ph.D. the placement rates are higher. One can join the Archaeological Survey of India by pursuing this degree, which comes under the Ministry of Culture.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is amazing. We have free Wi-Fi throughout the campus. There are different kinds of classrooms for different subjects. Dedicated labs are there for science and geography. The hostel is great. We get 2 sitter rooms. A water cooler is on each floor. The food is okay.
Faculty: Teachers are amazing. They teach well and are very understanding. They have deep knowledge of the subject. The syllabus or curriculum is very relevant for ancient history students, especially those who want to join the Archaeological Survey of India. Semester exams are not that hard, but you must write lying answers for good marks.
Other: Many festivals and events happen throughout the year. We can volunteer in any of them. They are great for improving skills like social skills, digital skills, or management.

Offered by Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Banaras Hindu University
3.6
Infrastructure and facilities are up to the mark. The professors are good.
Placements: There is minimal placement. There is no separate placement cell for my course. Students usually go for post-graduation rather than getting placed. Getting an internship is completely dependent on individuals. The professors might guide you if you ask for help. The top roles cannot be offered in my course with just a bachelor's degree.
Infrastructure: The department has enough resources and those are put to use. The only problem is space. The library is good and even the coursebooks are available. The lecture theatre is good but the normal classrooms are not up to the mark. Labs are resourceful. Hostel rooms are very bad and compact. The mess food is okay but they charge too much. They make us pay even when we don't eat when we are on vacation. Emergency medical services are present but the sports and games are a bit lacking.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is also good. The curriculum is alright but the course itself is not very technical to be industry-ready. The semester exams are medium to difficult. The students who study seriously and attend the lectures pass easily.
Other: This course is very informative and practical. If there are more field-oriented topics in the course, then it would get more interesting. Many societies and clubs are fun to join. The crowd is good.

The college is good and cooperative.
Placements: 20 percent of students get placed in my course. The highest package offered is 20 LPA. The lowest package offered is Rs. 72,000 per annum. The average package offered is 1.5 LPA. UGC NET JRF is top recruiting company. 60 percent of students got internships from many companies and banks.
Infrastructure: Facilities in the hostel are very good. Wi-Fi facility, computer labs, classrooms, and the library are available in my college. The quality of facilities in my hostel is very good. The quality of food in the mess is likely home food. Sports, gym, and other facilities are also available in my college.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not very difficult. The pass percentage is 100 percent.

Well, it is what it is for a government university.
Placements: Placements are mostly available for science and business/commerce students and IIT-ians. Now with NEP (new education policy), summer internships are mandated, although campus placements are rare, and most students have to look for them themselves.
Infrastructure: The building is old and could really use some renovation. A few basic facilities are provided. The canteen is not good, people mostly go to the Amul canteen, which serves 2-3 snacks. The hostels, too, do not look to be in great condition. Mess food is okay.
Faculty: The teaching quality is alright. The professors are all (mostly) qualified enough to teach. The syllabus under NEP is great and relevant. Definitely makes one industry-ready. The exams are usually moderate difficult level. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: Campus connectivity, I’d say, is great. Club and fest culture in BHU is on the rise. Extracurricular activities like sports and cultural competitions are also encouraged. Frequent seminars also take place.

Picturesque campus environment, the campus crowd quality is very poor.
Placements: The percentage of students getting directly placed is nonexistent for my course. No companies visit our college to recruit from the Bachelor of Arts students. Though the professors are very helpful with their market connections. If we reach out to them regarding internships and placements, they are always ready to help and write recommendations based on academic merit to aid the students. The roles we can get mainly focus on creative marketing roles.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are always maintained and available. Be it Wi-Fi, classrooms, labs, or library, everything is set up in such a way that it always helps the students in their academic life. The sports facilities are a bit aged but well-maintained. The hostel culture is very cohesive. The present seniors and hostel administrators are always ready to help as much as they can. The food is palatable. The best thing is the medical services provided. They are top of the line and completely free.
Faculty: The teachers are always helpful, be it in the classroom or outside it. We can always reach out to them via WhatsApp or email, and they make sure to always reply. The teachers are obviously beyond qualified and very knowledgeable. The course is relevant. Though it is questionable if the course helps in making students industry-ready. The semester exams are moderately hard. Regular class participation and taking notes are mostly enough to score well in exams. The pass percentage is 40 percent in each subject and overall for each semester.
Other: I chose this course to later on help me break into the luxury market. I plan to do an MBA eventually and feel that this knowledge will give me a unique edge. I think our course should have more outreach and better market contacts. The campus crowd is mostly fine, though sometimes it gets politically charged. Fests happen with much extravaganza and are very inclusive for all. Systems are in place to help students avail scholarships, though most of them are focused on income metrics and not merit metrics. Extracurricular activities are plentiful and varied throughout the campus.

Absolutely satisfied with college. ATIT has provided me with a great experience of university life.
Placements: The placement rate of this course is quite exceptional. Compared to other colleges, the placement rate is high. It reaches up to 80 percent. The highest package is 8 LPA. The lowest placement is 2 LPA. The average package is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies include publishing houses such as Penguin and Navneet.
Infrastructure: The hostel is quite good, and AC is provided. If we talk about the hostel, it is a bit tarnished, but the rooms inside are quite spacious. There is a Wi-Fi connection. The canteen is great, and the food is really nice. You get meals four times a day, so it's a very good place and highly recommendable to everyone.
Faculty: Faculty of English as well as Home Science is really nice. They are all highly qualified, and the course curriculum is divided into 6 semesters. Under NEP, it is converted to 4 semesters and 8 semesters. We have our semester exams every 6 months. The exams are not too difficult. But, we need to go through every aspect of the syllabus because it is quite vast and practical.
Other: I chose this course because I have always been fascinated by literary writers. I am also very skilled in stitching. I thought of making this my full-time work. I wish they could improve the syllabus. It is quite broad and somewhat challenging for a bachelor’s student. Apart from that, there are many events that offer great networking opportunities and exposure.

Banaras Hindu University was one of the most famous universities of India.
Placements: I was not sure about the placement process. My course was not eligible for placements. I was here for higher studies, and the sociology subject attracted my interest. I was not sure about others who got placed here, but I was not offered any placements. Otherwise, this college was great.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was dope at this college. I loved it. This college was absolutely amazing. It was filled with nature and trees. I was amazed by its infrastructure. Because it had a great blend of classic and modern elements. Those who studied there had a lot of fresh air and got good vibes.
Faculty: Teachers of this college were very great. They were helpful, caring, and very highly educated. They had enough knowledge for our course and had a lot of knowledge out of the subject. Semester exams of this college were not very tough. You could study one month before the exam and get good marks. Passing percentage was 40%.

very less course fee with all desirable facilities.
Placements: Only 18 students opted for History of Art in B.A. Final year, which was around 2.5% of total students admitted in my batch 2021. No such offer for undergraduate course. No recruiting companies for my course while I am studying. No one got internship from my course in my batch. .
Infrastructure: There is 24*7 Wi-Fi available. There is no such lab for undergraduate students, but Bharat Kala Bhavan is used by us as a lab. Classrooms are fully furnished with all desirable facilities. There are many libraries for students such as Central Library, Cyber Library, UG Library, and each department has a separate library.
Faculty: All the teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable and teaching quality is awesome, the curriculum is relevant. The semester exam is not too difficult, but sometimes it is challenging, almost 80-90% of students pass the semester exam.
Other: I chose this course because I come from an art background, and history is one of my favorite subjects. The best thing about this course is that we can go through history once again, exploring events that happened thousands of years ago, i hope to get a placement as an undergraduate student, events and fests are often organized by the department or faculty. The campus crowd is somewhat high in the evening, and the surroundings are very natural and friendly. Very few undergraduate students receive direct scholarships, but some other initiatives like Earn While You Learn also work for students. Extracurricular activities are held on special occasions.
