Absolutely good college, good infrastructure, good staff.

Placements: 75% of students got placed. The top recruiting company is Accenture. 90% of students got internships in software development. In our college, many companies are coming and recruiting students with better packages. The lowest package was 3 LPA. The highest package is around 27 LPA. The average package is around 10 LPA. We participate in the campus recruitment drive, and I completed the Bluebridge first interview; the second stage will be on an unannounced date.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is very good. The library is very peaceful; the classrooms are very good, and the labs are all in good condition. Wi-Fi is available all around the college. Hostel food is very nice, and hostel rooms are also very good. There is also a big medical hospital available on campus. The canteen is very neat and decent.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful; they are qualified and skilled. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes us industry-ready, and the helping staff members are very good. They give the best compliments for participation in hackathons, and they teach good things.

Other: I opted for this course because of my bright future and my interest.

My honest review on BIHER.

Placements: Around 70% of the students were placed in my course. The highest package was 27 LPA. The lowest salary was 1.5 LPA. The average package offered was 4 LPA. Around 65% of students got internships from my course in companies like Infosys and Accenture. To share about my personal experience, I am currently working as a software engineer at Black Straw. AI. Top roles offered in my course were back-end developer, software developer, etc.

Infrastructure: My college offered a vast area of good infrastructure and for my department we had a separate building block which was specially for our course. We had a vast big library with wide variety of books available. To share about the labs, we had thousands of computers per lab per class. The quality of the facilities our hostel provides was good enough to give the feel of home vibes. We had a wide space for sports area to play volleyball, cricket, badminton, and so on.

Faculty: Teachers were so friendly and qualified. Teachers supported us in bringing us as entrepreneurs and also shared a wide variety of project ideas with us. This course curriculum made students ready for industrial problems. To share about the semester exams, it was not difficult to pass. Mostly all the students got off with first class results.

Other: To share about the events and fests, we did not have any events unlike other colleges. We only had graduation ceremony. The campus surroundings were vast with green area, and our college provided a good percentage of scholarships. I wish we could have some cultural events to make it more enjoyable. I chose this course because at that time CSE was the most demanding one, and currently I am placed in Blackstraw AI a tech company where I am currently working as a software developer.

Good for studies and placements. Campus is also surrounded by natural beauty.

Placements: Approximately 60% of students are placed. Highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Companies visiting for placements include HCL, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, and other firms, which reflects positively on the college's reputation. Roles offered include Technician, Tester, Developer, and many others.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are maintained properly. Wi-Fi is not available on the college campus. Hostel accommodation is available, and canteen is average. There are no sports facilities. Food in the mess is average. Medical facilities are available at my college, and the treatment of students in the hostel is good.

Faculty: Teachers are friendly, and the rules and regulations are strict in college. Course is relevant to study. It is well maintained. Semester exams are conducted twice a year. Pass percentage is around 80%. Semester exams are conducted strictly to ensure discipline.

Other: I chose this course because in this era, the demand for CSE is high. Improvements are needed in digital classes and rooms. There are no events, scholarships, or other activities in college.

It is nice for average students.

Placements: 20% of students got placed. TCL, Foxconn, and other small companies are coming right now for their reference. 30% of students can get internships through this course. SWE intern, data analyst, and web developer are the major roles offered by the companies. The highest salary is 24 LPA, and average salary is 4.5 LPA.

Infrastructure: Ground is not there and quality is nice in the hostel by our wish. There is less space for bikes and some places are so nice with them. Some sports look awesome and college entrance looks so nice to attract us. Facilities are good as compared to others.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful to us. They are so interactive with us. It is more relevant for us to get an internship or placement for their better understanding of concepts in it for getting and to make it easier for campus placement with their experience and efforts.

Other: Campus placements are occurring slowly at present.

It is the best university in Chennai.

Placements: The college had good staff and management. There were placement opportunities for students, and they were placed in companies. The highest package was 8 LPA, and the lowest package was 3 LPA. The recruiting companies for our course were great. The average percentage of students was 70%. Students got an internship from the course.

Infrastructure: The college had excellent facilities, and the infrastructure was available for our course and placement department. The quality of the food in the hostel, mess, and canteen was good. The medical facilities, sports, and games were good.

Faculty: The teachers were professional, helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching was of good quality to understand the subject and information, which makes the students industry-ready. The pass percentage was 35 marks.

Decent infrastructure and facilities, average faculty, but placements are improving.

Placements: Maximum number of students placed in Bharath University per year is 60 to 70%. The highest salary package offered at Bharath University in Chennai is 27 LPA. This package was offered during the 2023 placement season. Top companies recruiting are Infosys, TCS, Accenture, Cognizant, HCL, Amazon, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra.

Infrastructure: College has Wi-Fi, but it is not accessible to students. There is a 1000 CC lab that is very clean and pleasant. The computers are working well, and every year new computers are placed. The overall quality is quite good.

Faculty: At Bharath University, teachers are very helpful and they are also encouraging students to study. The faculty is very well qualified and teaches according to the student’s understanding. In my college, we have 2 mids for 1 semester. The exams are conducted very strictly, and the pass percentage of this college is above 85% per year.

Other: In Bharath University, there are no events or fests yet, but they are now developing them, the maximum campus crowd is around 10,000 students, and the college also provides scholarships to students every year.

It is great to study there, and they offer more placements for the upcoming batches.

Placements: We were getting more placements in the range of 4-16 LPA. It was great to study there, but we needed to work hard to get placements in this college. They had many members, so we had to study well and secure placements as soon as possible, which was completely in our hands.

Infrastructure: It was good nature there. Basically, the food in the hostel was completely in Tamil Nadu style, so if you liked Tamil Nadu style food, you could eat it. But if you didn't like it, you could take a hostel near the college and stay there, as not everyone liked Tamil Nadu style food.

Faculty: Faculty members were good, and exams were conducted regularly and strictly. They were well-trained, and their lectures were very short and clear, focusing only on the essential knowledge. If you wanted more information, you could search on Google or go to the library.

Choosing a stream entirely depends on your interest. If you are interested towards electronics and like to work in the field of electronics, you can choose ECE. And the placements are also good in ECE. Else, if your interest is towards the mechanical stream, you can take mechanical engineering.
