Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University's annual hostel cost is INR 29,500. Mess and welfare fees are not included in the hostel fees. The NEET Cutoff 2025 was 132 for students belonging to the General AI category wanting admission at Vardhman Mahavir Medical College. The competition at this college for this course has seen fluctuating trend over the years, as the cutoff went from 113 in 2023, to 141 in 2024, and finally dropping down to 132 in 2025.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University BCA admission is yes but the admission will be done based on the performance of candidates in four rounds which are IPU CET entrance test, counselling round and then the admission is done. Nevertheless, the University will also be able to admit CUET-qualified candidates to the BCA course once the CET merit list has been depleted. Those who had interest are required to apply by paying the required fee of INR 2,500 to be admitted to the course of BCA in IP University.

The IPU counselling processing fee is INR 1,000, which has to be paid during the enrolment for participation in the counselling procedure after registration. STEP 3: Choice Filling/Preference Sheet
The preference sheet is available on the GGSIPU brochure. For online mode, candidates will have to visit the university's official website. It must be noted that the preference sheet is valid for only one counselling round. Hence, for each round, a new preference sheet must be filled out for each counselling round.
STEP 4: Seat Allocation
After choice filling, seats are allotted to the candidates based on merit, respective category and region. Candidates can be asked to freeze the seat by paying a sum of fee.

No, Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2027 registrations have not commenced yet. The registration window will be active at cuet.nta.nic.in. NTA will release the CUET 2027 notification in first week of January. Soon after the release of the CUET official notification, the CUET registration 2027 process will commence online at the official website. Candidates willing to appear for the CUET 2027 exam must complete the application form online. Additionally, before filling application form, candidates must make sure that they have fulfilled the prescribed CUET eligibility criteria to qualify for the entrance exam.
Yes, GGSIPU offers a three-year BCA course in a full-time mode. The course is divided into semester patterns. Some of the affiliated colleges of GGSIPU also offers BCA course in the second (evening) shift. IPU BCA admission is completely entrance-based and depends on candidates' performance in the IPU CET/CUET. Candidates shortlisted based on exam scores further have to participate in the university counselling for seat allotment.
The IPU CET exam dates are announced by the exam conducting authority. The CET exam will be conducted for various courses from April 2026 to May 2026.
The average package offered during IPU USICT placements 2024 stood at INR 7.2 LPA. Further, a declining trend was witnessed in the average package offered over the past three years, which is presented below:

Yes, GGSIPU is good in terms of placements. GGSIPU placement report for 2025 is yet to be released. However, as per the overall NIRF 2025 data, the median package offered UG-4 Year was INR 8.25 LPA. The median package offered to the UG 5-year was INR 8.39 LPA. While the median packages offered to the PG 1-Year and PG 2-Year students were INR 5.35 LPA and INR 6.95 LPA, respectively.

The GGSIPU IPU CET Cutoff 2025 ranged from 33555 to 156524 for th dual degree of B.Tech. + M.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering in the last round closing rank for the General AI category. To check the GGSIPU round 1 result, students can reach the official site & apply for the available UG/PG programmes. Below mentioned are the steps to check the IP University result:
1: Reach the IP University Delhi site.
2: Under the ‘Result’ tab, select the respective test from the menu & click on the ‘Examination Result’
3: Go to the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Login window & then select the GGSIPU Delhi programme/course & click on it.
4: Save the GGSIPU PDF appearing on the fron screen
GGSIPU AYUSH cutoff 2024 was concluded for admission to BAMS and BHMS courses. The last round closing ranks for the General AI category candidates were 37435 and 110826 for BAMS and BHMS, respectively. Thus, the General AI category candidates can get admission to the college with 50000 rank in AYUSH. However, at this rank, candidate can get admission to BAMS but not BHMS.
To get admission to MD course at GGSIPU, candidate must have attained a valid rank in NEET PG. If you belong to the General AI category, then you can get admission to the college if your rank is below 60874. The last round closing rak=nks for different MD specialisations varied between 25 and 60874.

GGSIPU is a government university. GGSIPU is a UGC approved university. Being a government university, the fee for various courses is not very high. The tuition fee for UG/ PG courses like BTech is INR 2.3L - INR 7.4L & M.Tech is INR 1.9 L - INR 2.8 L.
