Yes, candidates seeking admission in the BTech programme of IIIT Delhi must have a valid JEE Main score. The cutoff is usually less competitive for IIIT Delhi. The highest cutoff scores usually is of Computer Science Engineering. Candidates based on their JEE Main score are allotted seats through JAC Delhi Counselling. In 2024, the JEE Main cutoff for CSE was 6695. 

JEE Main rank is accepted by both DTU and IIT Delhi, followed by the JAC Delhi counselling process for admission to various BTech specialisations.
