IIT Delhi MTech Eligibility & Highlights 2026
The IIT Delhi MTech course is a two-year course that is offered in full-time mode. MTech at IIT Delhi is offered in multiple specialisations including MTech in CSE, Engineering Analysis and Design, Machine Intelligence and Data Science, Cyber Security, Robotics and more. MTech at IIT Delhi is also offered as part of several integrated courses.
The IIT Delhi MTech admissions are entrance based, where the candidates are required to appear for the GATE entrance exam and clear a Personal Interview round. Candidates are also required to comply with the eligibility criteria for MTech admissions as tabulate below:

IIT Delhi provides scholarship support to students across Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes. Yes, any candidate who has passed BE/ BTech/ MSc or equivalent with a minimum 60% aggregate are eligible to apply for IIT Delhi M.Tech programme.
