There are various components included in the course fee structure. The Indian Institute of Technology Delhi BTech fees range between INR 8 lakh and INR 10 lakh. Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore started the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2024 registration on Aug 30. No, NTA has not announced JEE Main 2024 dates as of now. The notification is expected to be released in the first week of December 2023. No, admission to the IIT Delhi courses is entrance-based, except for PG Diploma course. There is no provision for direct admission. However, for IIT Delhi MTech admission, the institute offers direct admission to candidates with an overall CGPA of 8.00 out of 10. No, IIT Delhi has separate hostels for Boys and Girls. There are no co-ed hostels. The institute has no tolerance policy for the same. Boys can only visit the girls' hostel visitor’s room and vice-versa. On house days, the institute may allow students to visit other hostels.

It is mandatory to have minimum 75% marks (65% for reserved category) in class 12 to take admission in IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. Candidates should apply for JoSAA conselling only if they fulfill all the conditions of eligibility. However, many institutes admit students on the basis of JEE Main where there is no requirement of minimum marks in class 12.

Admission to IIT Delhi BTech courses is subject to fulfiment of the eligibility requirements for JEE Main and JEE Advanced. The students who have passed Class 12 in Science stream with at least 75% aggregate (65% aggregate for SC/ST/PwD) are eligible to apply. Hence, a student scoring less than 60% is not eligible to pursue BTech at IIT Delhi. They can go for other colleges offering the course.
