Most affordable college to pursue civil engineering.
Placements: This year 55% of students get placed and the highest package was 8.2 LPA in the company Bechtel and the lowest package was 5.4 LPA in the company Shree Cement.
The top recruiting company is L&T.
The top role offered is GET. Around 70% of students got internships this year.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are very good here. In each class there is AC and projector and Wi-Fi is also available. Our department had a big campus.
There are a total of 7 hostels for boys and 5 girls hostels. The hostel fee is around 18k per year and the food quality is also good.
Faculty: Teachers here are very kind and helpful to students. Most teachers had PhDs in the field of civil engineering, and they had so much teaching experience. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams here are not that difficult if you are going to the classes.
Other: I always wanted to become a civil engineer because civil engineers are the ones who can give a different shape to the world.
The semester should be of 4 months minimum.

Satisfied with the teachers but not with the marking scheme, and the infrastructure is very good.
Placements: The ROI is very good. There are excellent placement offers that the college provides. There are PSUs like BEL that come for recruitment, and different companies like TCS visit frequently, along with big companies for placement drives.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good, with decent sports facilities and all the necessary equipment available in the labs. All facilities are provided in the labs, and the college buildings are highly ventilated, featuring a large green campus in Delhi, which is quite spacious.
Faculty: There is a slight issue with attendance, but it's not as strict as in other colleges. The teachers are very lenient and supportive, providing a good level of knowledge. There are faculty members who genuinely understand students' needs and listen to them, while the college exam has no leniency.
Other: There are not many co-curricular activities compared to other colleges, but the changing crowd is evolving and will improve over time.

Yes of course you can get admission in Jamia Millia Islamia University in B. Tech and it does also offer Civil engeenering. You have to apply for common entrance exam and also apply at University too.
