Candidates can submit the offline application form by following the procedure given below:
- Download the application form
- Fill the details in the application form
- Paste passport-size colour photograph
- Attach self-attested copies of Transcript/Grades/ Marks Secured as per serial 8 of the application form.
- Attach a bank draft of 500/- with the downloaded application form if payment is made through the demand draft. Draft to be made in favor of “Jaypee University of Engineering & Technology” payable at Guna (MP)
- Draft should be made in favour of Jaypee Institutes Admission Account, payable at Noida/Delhi
- Send the duly filled form with attachments to “ The Registrar, Jaypee University of Engineering & Technology, Raghogarh, Guna (MP) Pin – 473226
