- X and XII Std. Marks statement
- Mark Sheets of all semesters/ years wise / consolidated of the qualifying degree examination, up to pre-final / final year as applicable if result awaited.
- Qualifying Degree / Provisional Certificate (If degree completed)
- Transfer/Migration/College Leaving Certificate obtained from the Institute last studied (If already received)
- Valid GATE Score Card (If available)
- Aadhaar Card to be Uploaded
- Service Certificate/ No Objection Certificate issued by the Employer. (For sponsored candidates for M.Tech. Programmes only)
- Community Certificate (only for SC/ST categories).
- Nativity Certificate (for Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and North Eastern States)
