KGMU MBBS Eligibility & Highlights 2024
King George's Medical University MBBS is a five-and-a-half-year (66 months) UG degree course. The basic eligibility criteria required by the university for admission to the MBBS course is the minimum age should be 17 years, and candidates must qualify Class 12 with at least an aggregate of 50% from the Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology as main subjects. Further, the university gives 5% relaxation to reserved candidates. KGMU MBBS admission is based on NEET UG scores followed by NEET UP counselling. Aspirants are required to visit the official website of NTA NEET for the application process.

King George Medical University MBBS fees is a combination of multiple components, such as tuition fees, application fees, hostel fees, examination fees, enrollment fees, form fees, and various other one-time charges. 1: KGMU MBBS Application Process 2025
Students seeking admission to MBBS are required to apply via the NEET UG entrance exam. They can register themselves on the official website of NTA NEET or neet.nta.nic.in. Students selected for admission to MBBS at KGMU after verification of their eligibility must bring the following original certificates/ documents at the time of admission:
- Certificate of passing Class 12 or equivalent exam and the mark sheet of the same
- Proof of date of birth
- Migration Certificate
2: Selection Rounds
Admission to the MBBS course at KGMU is done through a valid score on the NEET UG exam. After registering for the exam, students have to appear and qualify for the same to get shortlisted for the counselling process.
