LPU BCom admissions have been closed for academic year 2026. However, LPU BCom Distance Education (DE) admissions are still open for this year.
LPU BCom Eligibility & Highlights 2026
At the undergraduate level, the University also offers BCom and BCom (Hons) courses for a duration of three years. LPU BCom admission is based on candidates' marks in their last qualifying examination (Class 12). BCom programme is offered in two different specialisations as mentioned in the table below with respect to their minimum eligibility requirement:

Note: Candidates who have not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in the English medium. In some specialisations, there is a 5% relaxation for students from North-east states and Sikkim or defence personnel and their dependents or wards of Kashmiri migrants.
The University also offers lateral entry admission to BCom courses. LPU admission to this is also based on merit in the qualifying exam. The eligibility criteria for the same is given below:

LPU NEST application form fee for a soft copy of the LPU NEST 2026 Kit is INR 1000 for boys and girls. The printed copy of the LPU NEST Kit is available for INR 1500 for boys and girls. The application fee can be paid online if the application form is filled out online. The application fee can be given as a demand draft if the application form is submitted offline. If the DD is not enclosed or DD is wrongly drawn, the application form will not be accepted. The application fee has to be paid to submit the application form.

Candidates seeking admission must visit the official website of the university to apply online. To apply for LPU, aspirants need to register for LPUNEST for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses. LPU admission to most of the courses is based on LPUNEST score.
