2: Publication of Rank List
A merit list is prepared of the students according to their scores secured in Class 12. The marks obtained in Mathematics are scaled to 100, and Physics and Chemistry are scaled to 50 each, for a total of 200.
3: Online Counselling (TNEA)
The counselling is usually conducted in multiple rounds. Each applicant is assigned a round based on their rank. Moreover, at the time of the choice-filling window, applicants are required to log in to the portal and select their preferred colleges and branches as a priority. The provisional admission of the students is guaranteed according to their scores and ranks in the entrance exam.
4: Document Verification
At the time when provisional admission is guaranteed, candidates have different options to either go for a subsequent round or not; these options are accept & join, accept & upward, decline & upward, quit, etc. Those who select the join options need to go through document verification.
5: Admission Confirmation
