Candidates seeking admission to the Panjab University BCom are first required to meet the eligibility criteria. They must obtain good marks in Class 12 or equivalent examination as Panjab University BCom course admission is entirely merit-based for the academic year 2024.

BBA course at Panjab university is an undergraduate 3 year course in the Management stream of the university. The University Institute of Engineering and Technology (UIET) in Chandigarh, India, provides UG courses for roughly INR 2,89,000 and PG courses for around INR 47,980, excluding M.Tech Microelectronics.

• BE: INR 1.48 Lakhs during the first year.
• M.Tech: INR 47,420 during the first year.

Panjab University offers financial assistance or concessions to it through offering scholarships under need or merit basis. The University also provides scholarships on the basis of some eligibility requirements. In which, applicants of reserved category are allowed to receive scholarship in the category of Merit-cum-means scholarship of SC/ ST. Such scholarships are awarded to deserving students and guarantee a minimum of 50% marks or similar in any past test. Under the 'Merit-cum-means scholarship for SC/ ST' scholarship, the members of family, with an annual income of INR 2.50 LPA, are eligible to get admission.

Punjab University offers scholarships to the BCom programme students who are meritorious or belong to particular categories. Punjab University BCom scholarships are offered by the University, UGC and by various departments of the Government. PUCHD BCom scholarships can be availed by minority category students, PwD students, SC, OBC and Economically Backward class category students.
