SAEEE 2025 Dates

The SAEEE is conducted by Sathyabama institute of Science and Technology for UG and PG admissions. Candidates can apply for the SAEEE 2025 to get the admission for session 2025-2026. SIST offers various 50 Undergraduate Programmes, 27 Postgraduate Programmes, 5 Online Programmes, 5 Online and Distance Learning Programmes, 1 Diploma Programme, 12 Part Time Programmes and Ph.D., Programmes in Engineering, Technology, Arts, Science, Management, Dental, Pharmacy, Applied Health Sciences, Law and Nursing. Admission to Undergraduate Engineering, Technology and Architecture Programmes are based on the Sathyabama All India Entrance Examination conducted, every year. 

No, The Sathyabama institute for Science and Technology will provide admission to all its UG and PG courses through institute level entrace exam only. As per the official admission brochure "Admission for all the above mentioned Programs are on the basis of rank secured in the All India Entrance Examination conducted by Sathyabama (SAEEE), every year."

Yes. Candidates will be able to pay SAEEE application fee offline. To make the offline payment, candidates will have to create a challan of the application fee and submit it at any one of the Indian Bank branches. Payment done from any other banks will not be accepted by the authorities. Candidates will have to ensure that payment is done and accepted before the final date so that the application form is submitted. 

While filling SAEEE application form, candidates will have to upload scanned photograph and signature as per the official specifications. Passport size photograph should be in the dimension of 135px x 175px, and size must be less than 200KB. Signature must be in black, and suggested dimension is 300px x 60px. The file size should not be less than100KB. Both documents should be in JPG or PNG format.

No. SAEEE application form will be available online at sathyabama.ac.in. The authorities will not accept any other mode of application from candidates. To register for SAEEE, candidates will have to fill required details online and pay the fee. All applications should be submitted before final date. If candidates are not able to submit application before final date, then they will not be allowed to appear for the exam.

The SAEEE is a university level entrance exam conducted by Sathyabama Institute for Science and technlogy. SAEEE 2025

SAEEE syllabus is available online on the official website of SAEEE. The authorities will not release the syllabus of SAEEE in any other mode. Through the SAEEE syllabus, the candidates will be able to check the subjects, units and topics that the candidates will have to prepare for the entrance examination. All candidates are advised to refer to the syllabus carefully during their preparation process so that they are well prepared before the examination date.

For SAEEE, candidates will have to study topics from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology. SAEEE syllabus will be similar to the 12th standard qualifying examination syllabus. Before commencing the preparation process, the candidates are advised to check and become familiar with the syllabus of SAEEE. This will allow them to prepare a study plan to secure the marks that are required for admissions into their preferred courses in the institute.

Yes. Candidates are advised to study entire SAEEE syllabus. Since the authorities will prepare SAEEE question paper based on the official syllabus, candidates should be familiar with the subjects, units and topics. By studying the entire syllabus, the candidates will have higher chances of scoring the marks that they require for admissions into their preferred courses. SAEEE syllabus will be prepared and released online.

SAEEE exam pattern will be prepared and released by authorities. Candidates will have to attempt MCQs from Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. A total of 20 questions has to be attempted from each section. Total number of questions in SAEEE is 60. Candidates will have to attempt entire paper within 60 minutes. No extra time is given to candidates to complete examination.

AAT result will be released online at jeeadv.ac.in. No other mode will be used to declare AAT result. To access AAT result, candidates must enter JEE Advanced registration number, date of birth and mobile number. After logging in, the candidates will be able to check the qualifying status for the counselling and admission process. No scores will be provided in the AAT result.

As per official SAEEE exam pattern, candidates will be allotted one mark for every correct answer. There is no negative marking. Unattempted questions will also not be negatively marked. Since there is no negative marking, candidates are advised to attempt as many questions as possible. This will raise the chances of securing more marks and being eligible for admission into their preferred course in institute.

Yes. Candidates will be able to choose their preferred SAEEE exam date. During SAEEE slot booking process, candidates will have to select their choice of exam date, time & centre. The list of slots will be displayed and candidates will have to choose as per their preference. Candidates will have to submit their preferred slots & SAEEE admit card will be generated.

No. Authorities will not accept any requests to change SAEEE slot allotted. Once slots are submitted, it will be confirmed and cannot be changed. In case of any changes in slots due to some problems faced by authorities, candidates will be informed about new slots immediately.

Candidates will be able to check their allotted SAEEE exam centre address through admit card. Important information such as candidate's personal information, application number, exam date, time, centre address, guidelines and more will be available in the SAEEE admit card. All of the present details have to be carefully checked by the candidates. In case of any mistakes, candidates are advised to immediately contact the authorities.

Candidates will be able to access and download the SAEEE admit card after the slot booking process is over. All registered candidates will have to complete the SAEEE slot booking process. During the slot booking process, the preferred exam slots and centre have to be selected as per the availability. Once the slots are submitted, the candidates will be able to download the admit card of SAEEE.

While reporting at the exam centres, candidates will have to present their SAEEE admit card along with an identity proof. Some of the compatible photo identity proofs that will be accepted by the authorities are - Aadhaar Card/Passport/PAN Card/Voter ID/School ID/College ID. If the candidates are not able to produce SAEEE admit card or identity proof at the centre, then they will not be allowed to attempt the examination. 

Before downloading SAEEE result, the candidates are advised to check the present details carefully. In case of any mistakes in result, candidates are advised to contact authorities immediately. However, it is to be noted that authorities will not accept requests to review or change the allotted score. The decision of authorities will be considered absolute.

SAEEE result will be released online. Candidates can find official SAEEE result link on the official website. After clicking on result link, candidates will have to log in using required credentials. It is to be noted that SAEEE result will be declared in form of a merit list. The scores obtained and qualifying status of candidates will be declaed through SAEEE result.

After SAEEE seat allotment is announced, selected candidates will have to confirm admission. The candidates will have to report to institute and verify documents. The required tuition fee also has to be paid to confirm the admission. If admission confirmation process is not completed before final date, then allotment will be cancelled by authorities.

The authorities will conduct SAEEE counselling process online. All qualified candidates will have to register and fill out their choice of courses online. SAEEE seat allotment result will be announced online by the authorities. Allotment of seats will be done based on the candidate's rank, preferences and seat availability. To check SAEEE seat allotment result, candidates must go to official website and click on link. The required credentials have to be entered to log in. The seat allotment result will be available on screen. No other mode will be used for SAEEE seat allotment result declaration. 

Before SAEEE registrations, candidates are advised to check official eligibility criteria. The list of criteria that candidates will have to meet for admissions through SAEEEE are as follows. All candidates should be born on or after January 1, 2008. Should have passed qualifying exam with first class/grade either in March/April 2026, or should have appeared for the same in March/April 2025.  Candidates should have passed Class 12 qualifying (or equivalent) examination with Mathematics, Physics and any one of subjects (Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship) with a minimum of 45% aggregate in three subjects (40% in case of students belongs to reserved category). Additionally, candidates should have also passed Class 10 or equivalent examination in March/April or after with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA.

The authorities conducted the SAEEE 2024 Phase I on April 27 and 28, 2024. The SAEEE 2024 Phase II was conducted on May 25 and 26, 2024. TThe authorities conducted SAEEE 2024 as an online test. All candidates need to qualify SAEEE for admissions into the BTech/BE courses offered by the institute.
