April 11, 2023: Ramansh Sharma, a student at the SRMIST Ramapuram campus who is specialising in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) in the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) program, has been chosen for the esteemed Computing PhD programme at the Kahlert School of Computing, University of Utah, USA. Ramansh Sharma's selection is evidence of his excellent academic performance, superior research abilities, and enthusiasm for expanding the field of computer science.

One of the top computer science programmes in the world, the Kahlert School of Computing at the University of Utah boasts a faculty renowned for their ground-breaking work in the disciplines of AI, machine learning, and data science. Ramansh's selection for this programme is a noteworthy accomplishment because it will provide him with the chance to study under some of the world's top experts. Ramansh Sharma has also been given a $66220 yearly stipend, which will pay for his living expenses and tuition while he completes his PhD. A leading international technology firm arm called EMBEDED has chosen Rachagolla, a pre-final year computer science engineering student, for a placement or internship offer with a CTC of 34.21 LPA.
