What is RULET?
RULET refers to the Rajasthan University Law Entrance Test, which is conducted for admission to the 5-year Integrated LLB courses provided at the Rajasthan University. The RULET exam is held in offline mode at the designated test centres in Jaipur State. The exam has MCQ-type questions which include English Language, Legal Reasoning, Current Affairs and General Knowledge, and Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning. The RULET exam is conducted for 300 marks, after which the candidates who clear the exam are called for the PI and GD. The admission list is prepared based on the marks secured in the RULET exam, GD and PI.

RULET 2026 Application Form
The University of Rajasthan will announce the registration process for the RULET 2026 online at UniRaj portal; i.e. uniraj.ac.in. Eligible candidates will be required to complete the entire RULET exam application process-
- Register: Candidates will have register using the valid email ID and password and then upload their photograph, signature, and left-hand thumb impression after loging in.
- Pay the application fee: Once the registration is complete, candidates will be required to submit the entrance exam fee online through the UPI /payment gateway of ICICI Bank.
- Print: It is advised to keep the print of the invoice and the complete RULET application form safe in PDF format for the purpose of counselling and their own reference. The applicants are not required to deposit the hard copy of the online application form.

RULET Eligibility Criteria 2026
Candidates will have to be eligible to apply for the RULET exam. It is advised to go through the complete RULET 2026 eligibility criteria before registration which is provided as follows:
- Qualification: Candidates who have passed or are appearing in the 12th qualifying examination or equivalent from the Rajasthan Board or any other state or national board of education are eligible to apply for the exam.
- Marks in qualifying exam: Candidates of Rajasthan State are required to secure atleast 50% marks in Class 12th and candidates belonging to the SC/ST category must have secured atleast 45% marks. Candidates of other states must have obtained at least 60% marks in the Class 12th examination to be eligible for admission.
- Age limit: There is no upper age or lower age limit criteria for admission to five-year integrated law courses are per Bar Council of India (BCI) norms.

RULET 2026 is an offline mode examination, wherein candidates will have to attempt the question paper in a pen-paper mode. This means, the exam centre officials will provide candidates the question paper of RULET 2026, and the candidates will have to mark their answers on the OMR sheet. They will be required to fill the circle/ oval on the OMR sheet for the option they find is the most correct from the available answers. For example, a question carries 4-5 options, then candidates have to mark any of the option (which is correct) i.e. A, B, C, D, and E. RULET 2026 admit card will be released online on the UniRaj official website. The admit card will be issued to the candidates who have successfully registered for the exam before the deadline. Candidates will be able to download the admit card through the candidate's dashboard only. No admit card will be sent via post or mail to the candidates. Candidates will require their RULET 2026 application form number or with mobile number/ registered email ID to access the admit card.
No candidate will be allowed inside the exam hall without a printed copy of the issued RULET admit card 2026. The admit card bears the candidates' details, exam details, and centre name and address. Candidates will have to carry a valid ID proof along with the admit card to the exam hall.

Yes, all the candidates whose name appears in the RULET 2026 merit list will be able to secure admission at the five-year law college. Candidates who participated in the RULET exam and secure a rank will have to attend the counselling as per the schedule notified. However, candidates having names in waitlist will be called subsequently when the seats are not filled and stand vacant.
The RULET counselling is being conducted in the offline mode. During the counselling process, candidates need to submit photocopies of their ID proofs, academic certificates and marksheets, category certificates and other required documents.
