It has good infrastructure and faculty members.
Placements: Placements are decent or very poor for boys, as big companies like nVidia, Google, etc., visit the college only for girls and not for boys. Here, boys get selected in companies like TCS, Wipro, etc. Recruiters who come here are very rude to students who come for the interview.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are good. The library is good. Wi-Fi in hostels is very bad and has very poor coverage. I cannot even video call properly. The mess food is absolute trash, and the food even causes various diseases. The rest of the things are good, like medical facilities, sports, and games.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and very polite. They clear every doubt very nicely. The level of exams is good. To score well, we need good knowledge about the topics as the professors set a very high level of questions in the exam papers and other things.

Absolutely satisfied with the college, hostel, faculty member etc.
Placements: The main good thing about KSRM is it ensures 100 percent internship and 100 percent placement for every batch of students. It helps students gain hands-on experience for their upcoming professional career, and it also helps students understand the real challenges in the field and how to overcome them.
Infrastructure: The classrooms at KSRM are really very good, and the environment is really appreciable. Especially, what I feel is the library of KSRM and the KIIT central library, they are equipped with many options for students to learn on their own, which helps students gain extra knowledge.
Faculty: It makes students industry-ready because of its highly qualified teaching staff and the well-maintained mentor policy in the institution. Teachers help students get good internships, share their experience, and guide them so that they can do it correctly and learn something.
Other: The best thing about this course is that it’s a village-oriented or grassroots-level oriented course, and the college provides every possible support for students.

Excellent rural exposure, faculty, and strong placement with decent hostel facilities with the best
Placements: I am a student of the MBA Rural Management 2024-2026 batch. The programme combines classroom learning with internships and case studies to give practical learning through rural exposure which not only provides a platform to implement our theoretical knowledge but also provides us with life lessons. Around 90-95 percent of students were placed through campus placement and off-campus opportunities. Average package goes upto 6 LPA. Most graduates are offered a role of programme associate, management trainee, and relationship manager.
Infrastructure: Departments are well-maintained with projectors. Wi-Fi is available across the campus. The library is well-maintained with a full range of books and is well-managed. Hostel rooms are good, decent, and comfortable. Mess food is average but hygiene is maintained which is essential. The canteen is spacious and kept clean and hygienic.
Faculty: Faculty members are well qualified, knowledgeable, and friendly. Most of the faculty members have a strong academic background and field experience. The course curriculum is relevant and aligned with the organisation's needs which helped students to develop practical skills that make them appropriate, or can be said to be the best candidates for an organisation.
Other: As I have a background of B.Sc. (HON.) Agriculture which provides me a strong foundation in farming systems, and in those 4 years, I have developed a deep respect towards the hard work of rural communities which inspired me to opt for MBA Rural Management.

4.8
4Placements5Infrastructure5Faculty5Crowd & Campus Life5Value for Money
Good infrastructure, supportive faculty, and decent placement opportunities.
Placements: Placements for my batch are decent but depend a lot on students’ skills and preparation. Around 65-70% of students from our course get placed through campus drives. The highest package offered is around 10 LPA to 12 LPA, while the lowest package is about 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA. The average package ranges between 4.5 LPA to 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies include TCS, Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, Deloitte, EY, Capgemini, and Infosys. About 60% of students also receive internship opportunities in companies like Deloitte, EY, Accenture, and startups, mostly in software engineering roles.
Infrastructure: College has good infrastructure for both academics and hostel life. Classrooms are big and well maintained with proper seating and smart teaching facilities. Labs are having updated systems and required software. Wi-Fi is available across the campus. Central library has a wide collection of textbooks, reference books, journals, and digital resources. It helps during exams and projects. Hostel facilities are decent with clean rooms. Along with regular water and electricity supply, and adequate security. Quality of food in the mess is satisfactory, with a decent variety. Canteen offers affordable options.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-qualified, supportive, and approachable. Most teachers explain concepts clearly and help students outside of class hours as well. The curriculum is relevant and structured, covering both theoretical knowledge and practical applications, which helps build industry-ready skills. Regular assignments, presentations, and projects ensure continuous learning. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty and are based on what is taught in class. With regular study and attendance, exams are manageable. The overall pass percentage is quite good, and the evaluation process is fair and transparent.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in technology and the wide career opportunities it offers. The best part of the course is the balance between theory and practical learning. Along with exposure to projects, internships, and industry-oriented subjects. Campus environment is lively, with regular technical events, cultural fests, seminars, and workshops that help overall personality development. The campus crowd is diverse and friendly. The connectivity to nearby areas is good with public transport easily available. Extracurricular activities, clubs, and sports events encourage students to explore interests beyond academics.

Overall, it's a good college.
Placements: Mostly, students get placed, as I have heard from my seniors. The average package is okay, with a median of 7 LPA, and the highest goes around 21 LPA. Mostly, students get internships here. Some of the recruiting companies that visit include Accenture, Infosys, JP Morgan, etc. Mostly, the roles offered are SDE, business analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are nice, and we get Wi-Fi in the classrooms too. I personally love the library, it's just perfect. Hostels are great, to be honest, infrastructure-wise, they can be very strict for girls, though. Few have study rooms even. Food is great, there's so much variety, and it keeps changing every once in a while. A few hostels have a badminton and basketball court very close to them, if you are lucky enough.
Faculty: Some teachers are really great and will actually make you enjoy learning. The course curriculum is relevant. We also have assigned mentors who are there for the students, they visit hostels often to ask if we are facing any issues. The semester exams are not tough, to be honest, just go through the PYQs, and you will be fine. The paper is standard in my opinion.
Other: The fest here is really fun, it generally happens in mid-February, mostly after mid-semester.

It has good infrastructure, faculty, and a good track record for placement.
Placements: The college has good placements. 80 for the MBA RM and 80 for the ABM course. The subjects are designed as per the current market demands. We are having a large, diverse group of students from different parts of the country, as well as international students from Africa. We share good communication with the facilities.
Infrastructure: This college has good infrastructure and is well-furnished. They serve satisfactory food, and the hostel is in a short distance from the college with student-friendly staff. They also have AC premium hostel, which is much expensive than the regular non-AC hostels. The laundry system of the university can be improved as it lacks the quality of washing and its services.
Faculty: We have good and qualified teachers from respected institutes and organisations. They have vast knowledge about the course. But more professors are required because of the student-to-teacher ratio. Some faculty teach more than 2 -3 courses in the same semester. It will be good if this can be improved.
Other: The course is good and valuable as per industry demand.
