COMEDK BArch 2025 Counselling Registration, Application Form: Check Extended Last Date, Steps to Apply

Candidates were advised to use the below-mentioned browsers to fill out the COMEDK BArch 2025 application form.

To complete the COMEDK BArch 2025 application process, the candidates were advised to be ready with a few documents that were needed to fill out the form. Take a look at the list of documents below:

COMEDK BArch 2025 application form was released online. Candidates had to fill out and submit the application form for COMEDK BArch 2025 to participate in the admission process. Step 1: Registration

As a part of registration, candidates will have to fill in details like name, date of birth, email ID, mobile number, and ID proof number as given below:

Registration details:

• Name of the Applicant: Candidates have to enter their full name (as it appears in their SSLC/10th Std Marks Card only). In the case of a candidate who has changed his/her name for any reason, the original proof of the same has to be produced at the time of admission.
• Date of Birth (DOB): Date of birth to be entered as per 10th /SSLC Marks card only.
• Email ID: A valid Email ID for all correspondence has to be entered.
• Mobile Number: Candidates have to enter their mobile number and verify it.
• Candidate's Unique ID Proof: Select the ID proof that the candidate will bring during counselling.

After successful registration, the candidates will receive the COMEDK login credentials (user ID and password) on their registered mail ID. Candidates will have to use these credentials to log in and fill out the COMEDK BArch application form 2025.

Step 2:  Filling out the form

The second step requires the candidates to fill out the online COMEDK BArch application form. Here, the candidates will have to fill in their personal, academic and category details. Candidates must note that the COMEDK 2025 application form must be filled out carefully and accurately. Officials will reject application forms with incomplete information. 

Step 3 – Uploading scanned documents

At this step, candidates will have to upload the scanned copies of their photograph, signature and parent’s/guardian’s signature in the recommended format and dimensions as mentioned below: 

Guidelines for Photograph, Signature and ID proof

Photograph:

• The photograph must be a recent (not more than three months) colour photograph with a light background.
• The same image/photo should be used for all the subsequent processes such as in the COMEDK BArch TAT (Test Admission Ticket).
• The photograph should have a full-face view looking into the camera directly.
• The main features of the face must not be covered by the hair of the head, any cloth or any shadow. Forehead, Eyes, Nose and Chin should be visible.
  The photograph should be in JPEG or JPG image format.
• The size of the scanned image should be less than 80 KB.
• Before submitting the form, the candidates are advised to check on the Preview page, whether the uploaded image is clear and meets all norms mentioned above.

Signature:

• The uploaded signature must be done by the candidate and parent or guardian on white paper with a black/blue pen.
• These images will be referred to at later stages of the admission process.
• Maximum file size should be 80 KB and JPG/JPEG format.
  

Unique ID Proof of Candidate:

• The maximum file size should be 150 KB.
• The image should be in JPG/JPEG format.
• Before submitting the form, the candidates should check if the uploaded image is clear and meets all norms.
• If the ID consists of more than 1 page, then the candidates should combine the pages and scan and upload as a single file.

Step 4 – Fee payment

The fourth step is to pay the COMEDK BArch application fee through net banking/credit card/debit card. Candidates should ensure that the online transaction for fee payment is completed and a receipt is generated. A copy of the fee payment should be kept safe for future reference. 

COMEDK BArch 2025 application fee is INR 2000 and can be paid online through debit/credit card or net banking. 

Step 6 – Submission of form

Lastly, after filling out the application form carefully, the candidates have to submit their COMEDK BArch 2025 application form. Also, the candidates are advised to take a printout of the filled-in COMEDK application form for future reference. 

Registered candidates were able to access the COMEDK BArch 2025 application form correction facility online. Through the correction facility, the candidates were able to edit/modify the details that they had previously submitted in the COMEDK BArch application form 2025. All corrections had to be done before the final date. However, the candidates were not allowed to edit critical/unique areas like their name, date of birth, email ID, phone number, ID proof etc.
