Bachelor of Physical Education also known as B.P.ED is a three-year-long undergraduate course. BPEd is a degree in outdoor education that consists of sports like gymnastics, yoga, cricket, and many more. Those candidates who have completed their higher secondary examination can pursue this course.
The main scope of B.P.ED degree is to make teachers and students focus on physical fitness, exercises, anatomy, movements, nutrition, etc. Its introduction was meant for the youth to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
In this course, students learn about theoretical and practical aspects of the subject. Distance B.P.Ed Syllabus 2025
Students who cannot opt for a full-time degree may opt for Part Time education. Students failing to meet the eligibility requirements for full-time courses may go for distance learning. Students who have completed their 10+2 from a recognized board or university are eligible for this course. The syllabus of distance education programs is mostly similar to the full-time programs. The evaluation format accounting for 30% of internal and 70% of end-semester scores is also the same.
