IPMAT 2027 Eligibility Criteria

- Students should have scored a minimum of 60% aggregate in Class 10 and Class 12 or equivalent CGPA in the case of the General and NC OBC categories.
- Students belonging to SC, ST or PwD (DA) categories must have secured at least 55% aggregate or equivalent CGPA in Class 10 and Class 12.
- Students must have passed the qualifying exam in 2025, 2026, or be appearing in 2027.
- Students in the final year of Class 12 or awaiting the results are also eligible to apply provisionally.

IPMAT Selection Procedure 2027
The IPMAT selection process includes various stages such as application form filing, IPMAT entrance, shortlisting of students through a Personal Interview, and final merit list. IPM is a dual degree programme where the students are provided with a Bachelor of Arts (Foundations of Management) and a Master of Business Administration by IIM Indore at the end of the course. Students will be awarded a Bachelor of Arts (Foundations of Management) and a Master of Business Administration (Business Analytics) after the programme.

Students who wish to take admission to IIM Indore for IPM programme need to fill IPMAT application form 2027. No the IPMAT cutoff for IIM INdore and IIM Rohtak are not the same. Both the IIMs conduct different IPMAT exams. IIM Indore conducts IPMAT Indore and the exam conducted by IIM Rohtak is called the IPMAT Rohtak exam. Thus, both the institues have different cutoff and selection processes. Various factors such as number of applicants, difficulty level, number of seats available for the programme and overall performance of the candidates affect different cutoffs.
No, meeting the IPMAT cutoff alone does not guarantee the admission to the IPM programme. Yes, IIMs accept IPMAT scores. In fact, IPMAT is conducted by one of the top IIMs in the country, IIM Indore. IPMAT Indore scores are accepted by other IIMs such as IIM Ranchi, IIM Shillong, IIM Amritsar and IIM Sirmaur.
