Our college has good infrastructure, facilities and teachers, but placements were not good in 2017.
Placements: I am a mechanical engineering student from this college and passed out in 2017. We haven't got many companies for placements, and a few students got selected in the field of design. The highest salary package offered to our course is 2 LPA. We haven't got any internship through our college. MNCs didn't visit our college for our placements.
Infrastructure: Our college had a huge library, and Wi-Fi facility is available for free for students, which is very much useful. There are well-maintained classrooms and a separate lab for every department. In the hostel, one room is allotted to 4 students, and air-conditioned rooms are not available here. However, there are common restrooms for every student, and there is no water problem. In the hostel, there will be daily maintenance, and cameras and securities are good. The food served in the mess is average, and sports and games facilities available as we expected. So there is no problem with sports and games. For girls, sports will be difficult as they don't have a separate ground.
Faculty: Teachers here are well qualified and well experienced. If students cooperate with teachers, then they will surely get more experience in their core field. Teachers will spoon-feed the students here. In this college, except for mechanical, civil and aeronautical departments, other groups will be very strict. They will be like school, but education is very good for their better future.
Other: I chose this mechanical department because my father is a mechanical engineer. The best thing about our course is it is the basic course for all hardware engineering courses. Without a mechanical operation, there will be no other engineering courses. I wish that our college provide an opportunity to do an internship and some extracurricular activities in our course. Events and fest are organised here. Scholarships are provided. Everything can be available on this campus.

It is the best college in Chennai for B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
Placements: Placements of our college are good and many tech-based internships also I got from college. My experience studied there as a student was awesome and gave me many opportunities at the same time. Now this time I can say that the best college of Chennai in terms of placements.
Infrastructure: The college has enough space for sports and games which I was part of it. The quality of the libraries was best. The college doesn't provide free Wi-Fi facility, but e-libraries were available. The canteen was good for lunch, but breakfast was average. They also provide medical facilities.
Faculty: I got the best experience in the classroom from our faculty members, and their way of teaching is helping me till now. They had always given practical knowledge and best qualities. We have visited many internships and industrial visits to make the best use of our knowledge.

Placements: Our college provides students with the best in life, with the placement centre functioning under the able administration with the assistance of an experienced faculty from each discipline. The very active placement centre serves as a foundation for many students' career by guiding students in the right direction through continuous counselling and arranging campus recruitment drives. This centre creates a meticulous database and assists students in getting placed in national and multinational companies through campus recruitment.
Infrastructure: Our campus has 13 labs, well-equipped with different types of apparatus for conducting experiments. Sports facilities in our college include a large playground that gives a great experience to students. Classrooms are the best.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are well regarded for their teaching and research. They are called upon to be part of academic councils, seminars and teaching programs. Additionally, the college has a large number of Ad-hoc teachers to ensure teaching support and academic rigour. The list of faculty members is provided, department wise. One can visit the college website and search for each department's listed faculty members, their names and profiles on the right side.
Other: Annual day and a cultural fest are conducted in our college. Scholarships are provided. Symposium is conducted by students.
