This college is worth our money and satisfaction.
Placements: I belong to the Electronics and Telecommunication branch. It is a very good branch for core subjects. In our college, there is 50 percent placement. The lowest salary package is 300,000, and the highest salary package is 30,00,000. It's good compared to other colleges. There are so many companies coming for placement.
Infrastructure: I chose this course on my brother's advice, and this course is good for your core future. The labs are very good, and there is also a library. There is unlimited Wi-Fi all around the college campus. It is very helpful to all our Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology students.
Faculty: In case of taking about the facilities, they are very good at teaching, and they are supporting all students. They are not lazy in case of teaching and helping students in their projects and some other curriculum activities, and overall, my opinion is this college is very good.

About my college experience .
Placements: Our college placements are good compared to other colleges. We have 45% of placements. The highest package was 30 lakhs, and the lowest was 1 lakh. On average, it would be 7 lakhs. The top companies were TCS, Bosch, etc. We have to create circuit boards in a modern way with efficiency.
Infrastructure: The hostel is openly good in terms of rent, and about the meals, it's not good, and we don't think it's hygienic. And Wi-Fi supply is good, but the speed is too slow. We can't work on it. College infrastructure is good, and the campus is healthy. About games, we have a huge field, but we don't have any equipment.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful except for some lecturers. They are always angry with us. They don't expect that many assignments or group activities, but still they want more. Semester exams are not much difficult, but the correction is too strict, and we can't get the average or top marks. The pass percentage is 45.
Other: I didn't choose this course by myself. It was mainly due to the high ranking of my own mistake. My course is mainly a better course for the upcoming generation because everything is based on modern electronic devices and gadgets. Our college conducts events and fests, which is good, but there are no proper timings, and my friends get an SSP scholarship around 22,000 rupees, which is good. About curricular activities, they conduct so many competitions, which are good in nature. I truly like it.

It is a good college with good placements, but placements completely depend on our efforts.
Placements: Placements in our college are good, but there are not many core companies visiting. Placements depend entirely on your performance and opportunities for core branches are limited. But, core branch students can easily secure placements in IT sectors if they try.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is very good. We have excellent faculty and skilled lab technicians who help us overcome problems. Library is well-equipped with many books available for reference. Classrooms are not very modernised, but they are well-maintained.
Faculty: Some teachers have good knowledge of the subject and are excellent at teaching. Some are not as effective, but we have to put in extra effort to understand the subject. Teaching quality is quite good. Course curriculum is average and does not fully prepare one for the industry. Semester-end exams are fair. Questions will be directly from the syllabus and most of them are not very difficult. It is easy to score 60% - 70%. Passing marks are 40 out of 100.

It is a good college for a better future.
Placements: Face prep lecture will guide us. Our college provides placement opportunities. Our college provides an internship with a stipend of Rs. 30,000 per month. Many companies visited provide our college in the previous year to provide an internship and placements. Our college provides 100% placements.
Infrastructure: The library is available all the time.
Faculty: Exams are conducted strictly, and the examination fee is a little bit expensive. I came here through Karnataka common entrance test. So I paid the government fees of Rs. 58,880 through NEFT. After getting to this college, I paid an extra twenty-six thousand eight hundred in Canara Bank, which is attached to the college campus only. So my total fee is around eighty-five thousand. It was less comparatively. Our college conducts good lectures.
Other: I have chosen this course because this course is good and we can enjoy it more. I had many memories and got many friends. The course gives a good future to us. Our college organies many events, and starting when we came to college our seniors made organised a freshers party. It has conducted the Kannada Rajyostava program very grandly, and Kirik Keerthi visited the college. It also conducts DJ programs. We enjoy ourselves a lot at our college fests.

I am satisfied with our college.
Placements: Almost 30% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Cognizant, Hexaware, CGI, Tech Mahindra, East India Technology Pvt Limited, Mindtree and Cerner. Top roles offered to the students are junior engineer, staff support, assistant engineer and trainee.
Infrastructure: Hostel food is good, and there is a big playground for sports. If you want to complete engineering with less fee, then study in our college.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is not up to the mark. In our college, they won't make students industry-ready. The course curriculum is relevant. All faculty members are good, and they can help students in solving problems.
Other: I joined telecommunication engineering, but I suggest others to join computer science for more advantage.

Once upon a time the best college, now seeking ways to be the best again.
Placements: Many companies came to our college for placements including TCS, Tech Mahindra, Mindtree, Subex, Xoriant, L&T Technology Services, Amazon. Most of the companies mainly recruited CS IS, EC, TCE students. Also if you are placed in one company at the beginning only then you cannot not sit for another company's placement drive. In my department more than 50% people were placed.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is quite good, there is greenery everywhere. There is an open auditorium and a closed auditorium. There is a big ground which includes basketball court. There is a sports complex where you can play badminton, carrom, table tennis. The labs and all are well-equipped.
Faculty: The faculty in Dr. AIT is very good. Right from the principal, Dean, Holds, professors to the lab instructors all are well qualified. Course curriculum was also good better than VTU for sure, the exam pattern and all can be a bit confusing for freshers, but once after the completion of first year one will be adapted to it.

Best place for scoring and entering the IT field.
Placements: Average placement. A minimum of 10-15 companies visits the campus regularly. The major recruiters are TCS, Tech Mahindra, CGI, L&T Technologies, etc. Other companies like Subex, Xoriant, Maintec, etc. visit too. 50% of the total final year students got placed. This year, 256 students out of 650 students got selected for TCS, 50 for Tech Mahindra, 30 for L&T, and 48 for Maintec.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure with well-maintained atmosphere, fully clean corridors, well-maintained labs, etc. But the equipment are outdated. The toilets are always cleaned. There is a huge garden area for hanging out. There are lots of shortcuts available for going to different blocks.
Faculty: Average faculty of my department. 3/15 are Ph.D. holders, rest are ME. The lab technicians are good in the labs and they were well-trained. The course is designed completely on the blueprint of VTU Belagaum syllabus. 90% of the context in each subject are of VTU and 10% basic.
Other: If you are looking for doing BE and planning to join the IT field, then this college will be the right choice because scoring is quite easy and there is no attendance problem. Very friendly environment (both students and teachers). There are 2 fests in a year. SC/ST students have many benefits in terms of fee concession, scholarship, financial help, etc.

Average college with a low fee structure.
Placements: Placement is average. Not more than 20 companies visit the campus. A minimum of 250 students get an offer letter out of 650. The major recruiters are TCS, Tech Mahindra, Mindtech, Amazon Sales, Pinkclicks, L&T Technology. Subex, Xoriant, etc. visit on demand by the students.
Infrastructure: The college is very clean and well-maintained at the entrance but the canteen is poorly maintained. There is a lack of drinking water in the college. The toilets are rarely cleaned and labs are not accessible to students without permission from the HoD. The foreman in the lab is very uncooperative.
Faculty: The syllabus matches 90% with the syllabus of VTU Belagaum. Depending on the faculty's comfort, they set the syllabus and not from the technology improvement point of view. The faculty members are fully money minded. For just 30 pages of lab manual, they will charge Rs. 100. They are fully cooperative with the attendance if you have a good touch with the respective teachers.
