Review of IFET College of Engineering.
Placements: The highest salary package offered is 11.2 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Cisco, TCS, Wipro, and Infosys. The role offered is software engineer consultant.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available only in laboratory sections, and it cannot be used by students. Hostel facilities are not good. The canteen is also not fine. Sometimes the food is average.
Faculty: Teachers are great and knowledgeable. Semester exams are good, and this college is autonomous. IT and CSE courses are based to get jobs in software companies. The pass percentage is 40%. My current CGPA is 9.35.
Other: I chose this course, because of my interest in software.

I'm absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty members and good placements offered in 2015.
Placements: Not many students got placed from our course. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA, but only one student got it. The lowest salary package offered is 1.2 LPA. One student got placed in Cisco. An average number of students attend internships on their own in the company.
Infrastructure: The facilities available are labs, classrooms and library, but labs are in the worst condition. Classrooms are moderate, and there is no use of the library because they didn't give us time to go to the library. The hostel is not very good, and they didn't even provide a canteen. The food provided in the hostel is not very good.
Faculty: Many teachers are over-attitude, and they didn't teach properly. Some of them are good at everything who are very less in number. They try something to make students ready for the industry but not much. Exams are somewhat hard, and they show partiality for giving marks. The average pass percentage is 83%.

It is okay to study here if you're willing to study. This is not definitely good place to be fun.
Placements: Many start up companies hired us. Mostly we attend off-campus interviews from various surrounding colleges.
5.5 LPA is the highest salary
2.4 is of average
And 1.2 LPA is the shortest
Software developer, hr, voice executive.
10% got internship. Yes there is a placement cell and it is functioning very efficiently.
Infrastructure: It is a small college with sufficient number of classrooms and labs. Grounds are never used. There is a basketball court and a volleyball court which is occasionally used. Canteen is too small. It is okay for the rural side college and it is not too expensive to study.
Faculty: Sufficient and somewhat trained faculty members are there. Some are very helpful but most are not helpful. Mostly all the faculty members are freshers so they don't have enough knowledge but they are very helpful. Yes I got some industry exposure. Okay. The course curriculum is useful.
Other: Paper presentation (both internal and external)- 3 per sem
Project expo- 2 per sem.
