IIIT Vadodara BTech Eligibility & Highlights 2025
IIIT Vadodara offers a full-time BTech as a UG-level programme. The duration of the programme is four years. The programme is offered in two specialisations. IIIT Vadodara BTech courses include a BTech in IT and a BTech in CSE.
IIIT Vadodara admission to its BTech courses is based on the applicants' JEE (Main) rank, followed by the JoSAA/CSAB Counselling. Before applying for admission, applicants must ensure that they fulfil the IIIT Vadodara BTech eligibility criteria. They must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognised board, with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, and a minimum aggregate of 75% to be eligible to pursue the BTech course.

To apply for BTech admission at IIIT Vadodara, aspirants are required to apply via JEE (Main). The process of application for JEE Main consists of three steps- registration, form filling & document uploading followed by payment of application fees.
