M.Tech. in Civil Engineering with Specialization in Earth System Science and Engineering

Candidates with BTech or BE/ MCA/ MSc/ Graduation (AMIETE) with 60% aggregate or 6.0 CPI are eligible for the M.Tech in IIT Guwahati. Further, there is 0.5% CPI or 5% marks relaxation for SC/ST/PwD category candidates. Candidates must also have valid score in the national level exam GATE exam and they must also participated in the COAP Counselling (GATE not required for the sponsored category). 

Admission to M.Tech at IITG is entirely based on GATE score.
