IIT Hyderabad Application Process
The IIT Hyderabad application process 2026 is conducted in online mode. The application form must be filled with all the relevant personal and educational details along with the application fee payment. Some of the popular courses along with the respective application procedure, are explained below:
- For BTech course admission, aspirants need to complete the application form for JEE (Main) through the official website of the National Testing Agency (NTA) (nta.ac.in). The application fee for boys is INR 1,000 for male Gen/OBC candidates and INR 800 for female candidates for a single paper. SC/ST/PwD/Transgender candidates pay INR 500. Students must fill JEE Advanced application form, once JEE Main results are declared.
- MTech candidates are required to register for GATE through the official website of the GATE. Read more about GATE application process. The application fee for boys is INR 1000 for Female/SC/ST/PwD candidates and INR 2000 for all other candidates per paper. During extended registration period, fees increase to INR 1500 and 2500 respectively.
- For MSc, candidates need to complete the IIT JAM Application Form.

Admission Confirmation
After the selection rounds are completed, they need to go through the course-wise counselling process for final seat allocation.
