- The JEE Advanced 2026 application form is expected to be released in April 2026, and the examination will be conducted on May 17, 2026.
- The JEE Main 2026 Session 1 admit cards for IIT Madras admission to BTech, BArch, and BPlan courses are now available for download on the official website for students scheduled to appear from Jan 21 to Jan 24, 2026.
- The IIT JAM 2026 admit cards can now be downloaded from the official portal for admission to the MSc course. Further, the IIT JAM exam 2026 is scheduled to be conducted on Feb 15, 2026.

Admission to the BTech courses offered by IIT Madras are entrance-based and done on the basis of scores obtained in JEE Mains and JEE Advanced. Seats are allocated through JoSAA counselling after the results of the entrance exams are out. IIT Madras MBA fee ranges between INR 1.3 lakh and INR 1.7 lakh. The fee structure may vary for both Day Scholars and Hostellers. The regular day scholars have to particularly pay for Tuition Fees, Establishment Charges and for Extra-curricular activities.
