Yes, the institute offers a four-year integrated BTech-MTech course. The dual degree course is offered in only one specialisation, i.e., Bioengineering. Admission to this course is also done through JEE Advanced score, followed by JoSAA counselling. There are a total of 28 seats available for this course at IIT Mandi.

IIT Mandi BTech admission is entirely entrance-based. Aspirants need to appear for the JEE Main exam, secure a valid rank and become eligible for JEE Advanced exam. The total tuition fee for BTech is INR 8 lakh. However, this information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. In addition, the total course fee will be higher as it will include other components such as admission fee, caution money deposit, hostel charges (if applicable), etc., as well. Additionally, canidates have to pay for hostel fee ane one-time payable charges of INR 22,000.

For 2023, cut off was 4089 for General category candidates in All India quota for B.Tech. in Data Science and Engineering at IIT Mandi. For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 8467 was the closing rank. B.Tech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

For last year, the closing rank for Integrated B.Tech. + M.Tech. in Bioengineering was 15216 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing year on year, it is advisable to try to score better ranks to increase your chances of getting admission in IIT Mandi - Indian Institute of Technology.
