Good campus life offers space for exploration and growth. Infrastructure and facilities are good.

Placements: As of 2025, in my department, more or less only 10 students have been placed in the 2026 batch. Our highest package for 2025 is 20 LPA. We are mostly offered SDE or System Engineer roles based on IT. Our top recruiters are CISCO, Infosys, Vivnovation, and some minor companies. New recruiters are getting added each year.

Infrastructure: We are equipped with the latest OS versions of Computers with good Wi-Fi. All required software is installed and ready to use. Faculty systems are repaired or replaced within a few months. Classrooms are equipped with projectors. We have a general library with abundant books, and each department has its own library. I'm a day scholar. From the Information I heard from my friends, I could say the hostel situation is pretty much manageable. We have an on-campus clinic, a playground for sports, and turf for football.

Faculty: Faculty are very skilled and trained in the courses in our curriculum. They refer us to relevant materials and courses to upskill in the coursework. We are given question banks that cover every concept of the course unit-wise, which helps prepare for exams. The pass percentage is 50 percent for all exams. The total credit for a course is given on internal marks (CA1, CA2, model, assignments) and external marks (semester exams). The semester exams could be easily cracked by going through the concepts and the question bank.

Other: Our college, apart from the curriculum, has many other extracurricular and co-curricular activities. Technical & non-technical clubs for first years to help them explore various domains. We have our own NCC, NSS, and Rotaract club. Our college provides foreign language courses in Japanese and Korean as of now for interested students. The Civil Aspirants Club helps students to dream beyond their course by guiding them to take the UPSC exams. The Central Transformative Leadership (CTL) club and the Toastmasters club are great assets in our college for leadership and public speaking.

KCG College of Technology is a great place to learn and grow.

Placements: Nearly 98 percent of students got placed from my course. The lowest package is 4 LPA and the highest package is 15 LPA. The top recruiting company of my course is Zoho. Nearly 90 percent of our students got internships from your course, and the companies are TCS and Infosys. Roles offered are cloud engineer and software developer.

Infrastructure: We have an infrastructure college with all the requirements and physical facilities, with labs in a beautiful environment with a lake view entry point, and with a green environment. The hostel has AC rooms and non-AC rooms with good and hygienic food quality, with a healthy breakfast menu.

Faculty: The teachers helping us to do the projects, their ideas, and the way we are solving them are truly incredible. The courses we learn are relevant to our industry needs. The semesters are easy to solve, and the pass percentage depends on your internal and external marks.

Other: I chose this course to become a cloud engineer, and the best thing will be high-impact specialisation like cloud security, AI operations, etc.

Absolutely good campus with good environment and friendly faculty.

Placements: In our placement at a good level, they give placement training from the 6th semester itself, and also top companies are Zoho, TCS, Larsen & Turbo, etc. The highest package is 10 lakhs per annum. Placements are usually for six to 12 months, and students return to their studies for their final year.

Infrastructure: This college has a central library, computer labs, a machine shop, a welding shop, a carpentry shop, a foundry shop, and more. Some say the college's lab facilities are its most highlighted feature, and that the infrastructure is good. Best college with the best experience.

Placements: 95% of students were placed in our batch, and the highest package is 12 LPA while the lowest package is 4 LPA for B.Tech Information Technology. Some of the top recruiting companies are HCL, ZOHO, TCS, CTS, WIPRO, and COGNIZANT. The top roles offered in our course are HR and Executive Manager.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is the best. There is free Wi-Fi, and the labs are maintained in the best manner. However, the hostels are a little bit worse than other colleges. The hostel food quality is good, and the safety in the hostel is a more satisfying factor in this college.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful by giving their best teaching skills. Exams are conducted in a very strict manner, and the pass percentage is 80% of students per semester. The college follows the autonomous syllabus, which is affiliated with Anna University.

One of the best colleges.

Placements: In the last placement session, most of the students were selected with high-level packages. There are around 260 companies visiting our campus for placements. There are many courses offered here, and they have plans and original engines for the aeronautical engineering students.

Infrastructure: It also has some good infrastructure on the campus; it's in a developing stage. There are many labs available, and they have separate labs for all the courses. The lab facilities and infrastructure here are also good. It is one of the best colleges for engineering.

Faculty: They conduct regular exams and tests to keep the students' academic scores good, and they also encourage students to participate in extracurricular activities. They have qualified teachers here, and the semester exams are moderate and a little bit similar to those of Anna University.

Other: Apart from studies, the college helps you participate in extracurricular activities.

Our college has provided us many opportunities to explore a lot of things related to our field.

Placements: We are so happy to know that our college is visited by many companies. There will be placement of 85%. And our placement cell works hard to provide the required training for students. The pass percentage in our college is high, and most of them are placed. The placement starts from the 3rd year.

Infrastructure: The quality of our college is good with separate labs for each department, and we have a library where students can take books for their courses. There are separate hostels for girls and boys. Our IT department has knowledgeable faculty members who help us with our needs and requirements. We also have a lot of opportunities to participate in various competitions and to face many challenges.

Faculty: We have really knowledgeable faculty members who help us in each and every difficult situation. Also, they provide us with many ideas and motivate us to come forward and present our ideas. Our curriculum includes all the required subjects for the field, and we also learn the required coding through practicals. We have more faculty support here.

Other: They provide us support to participate in many extracurricular activities such as dance, singing, NCC, and many other activities so students can expose their talents. There is freedom in our college, as no duty is provided to attend inter-college events, and also we students ourselves can organize many events, and the support is provided by the college.

Placements: In KCG, placement training is provided with great value and scope. Companies like Infosys, Zoho, TCS approach here for campus interviews and select candidates. Salary packages start from 5-6 LPA. Passed-out candidates are now well-placed in reputed companies and still do not fail to work hard and give their best. Campus interviews are more important to focus on.

Infrastructure: The Information Technology department has many faculty members and offers a separate library for the department. This department has two labs. Also, this department provides you with an industrial visit in which you will get an opportunity to visit IT offices and gain more knowledge and experience.

Faculty: Faculty members in KCG support us with all the project works and encourage us to move ahead with our career. They guide us in ways that make it easy for us to do our work with interest and hard work. Lectures and notes are provided by the faculty members. We have a smart class board in each of our classrooms.

Other: I would suggest that it is very important to take part in symposiums and inter-college culturals, which give you great exposure and increase your credit. You are provided with a lot of opportunities to take part in all the platforms provided to you. Other than studies, extracurricular activities do play a major role.

Our college is very good.
