The college offers UG, PG and Doctoral degree courses in the streams of Engineering, Management and Computer Applications across various specialisations. The flagship courses of NIT Bhopal are BTech, M.Tech and MBA. These courses are offered under 11 departments and 4 schools. Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology accepts the NIMCET entrance exam for admission to the MCA programme. JoSAA counselling 2026 provides admission to IITs, NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs. The JoSAA 2026 online registration and choice-filling will start on June 2, 2026. There will be five rounds of JoSAA counselling. Candidates need to register on the official portal of JoSAA to participate in the counselling process. The application form for JoSAA 2026 will be released after the JEE Advanced results are announced. The candidates who qualify for JEE Main and JEE Advanced will register for JoSAA.

The eligibility criteria to get admission to the M.Tech Sponsored Category at MANIT Bhopal involves that the candidate must be working on a regular post in any Government/semi-government/ public sector (units/industries/ academic institutes/ research organisations/ Architectural firm) for a minimum period of two years at the time of admission. Scientists working in the Government of Indian Research organisations such as ISRO, DRDO, CEPET, etc. can seek direct admission with the permission of the Senate.
