Admission to all the courses offered by Miranda House is entrance-based. While Miranda House accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses, such as BA, BSc and BCom, admission to all the PG courses will be subject to the CUET- PG exam starting admission 2023. The institute along with DU started accepting CUET UG starting 2022 and the CUET PG from 2023 session onward. Before this, admission to UG was based on merit in Class 12 and PG admission was mostly subject to DUET exam previously conducted by DU. However, the university still accepts ECA quota admissions. In 2022, Miranda House (like all DU affiliated colleges) adopted CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses. Miranda House admission 2023 for UG courses (as per DU) will be through Common Seat Allocation System of the University of Delhi. But, at first, it is necessary that aspirants opt for DU during CUET form filling and later apply on the CSAS portal to be eligible for admission. The admission process after CUET result declaration is explained below:
Step 1: After the declaration of the CUET UG exam, register on the DU CSAS portal in multiple phases.
Step 2: Submit Miranda House + Course combination preferences in the order of priority on the CSAS dashboard. Here student must select their preferred course and college as the option.
Step 3: The University has released the dates for three DU CSAS Seat Allocation Lists which will be out on August 1, August 10 and August 22, 2023, respectively for all categories.
Step 4: Once the candidate "Accept" the provisionally allocated seat, the Miranda House will verify the eligibility and documents uploaded by the candidate online. The college has an option to 'Accept' or 'Reject' the admission of the student basis the verification.
Step 5: Once Miranda House accords the approval, candidates will have to pay the 'Admission Fee' to confirm their seat.
