I will say you must refer to this university. If you want a better placement in tech and core jobs.
Placements: 70 percent of students from software branch are placed every year. The highest and the lowest packages are 84 LPA and 15 LPA, and average package is around 30 LPA. Top recruitment of students from Software branch is done by Amazon, Oracle, Google, Microsoft etc. 60 percent of students got internships from our course in Microsoft, Apple, Infosys, Wipro, etc. Top roles offered in our course are SDE, full stack developer, app developer, AI-ML engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure provided to us by our department are outstanding but there is a single issue with Wi-Fi sometimes or a weakening of our own mobile network. The quality of the facilities in our hostel is average, as other universities and the food available in mess and canteen is also of average quality only, but medical and sports/games facilities are outstanding as there are huge grounds for each sport including indoor and outdoor games.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. They teach us in a very well mannered using projectors and whiteboards. The course curriculum is relevant in many cases and it also makes students industry ready, but according to my experience, there is a major role of our own efforts and practice which helps in achieving the shining outcome. After collecting some information, I can say that odd semester exams are comparatively tougher than even semester exams. The pass percentage of students is 97 percent in our course with grades equal to or more than P.
Other: I will say that all my classmates are really hardworking and passionate about their future roles which motivates me also to give my best efforts. I like tech branch and as per my JEE rank, I am getting Software branch which has excellent record of crazy placement packages. Many passing out seniors are telling one thing, just try to give your best and always focus on your goals. I wish that food quality may get improved in our canteens. Events, fests, campus crowd, campus surroundings, scholarship, extracurricular activities are mind blowing, outstanding.

In the end, DTU College is chill and provides a better placement ratio with high-quality education.
Placements: Among 70-80 percent of students pass the course, and the highest package is 81 LPA, and the median is 16 LPA. Internship company visits DTU and offers a very good offer to the students. Around 70 percent of students get an internship, and the top recruiting companies are Google, Amazon, and Apple.
Infrastructure: The library and classrooms are well developed, and the Wi-Fi speed is awesome. Hostel food is fresh and tasty, and the labs are good, and the instruments provided by the lab professor are working. Especially, the Physics lab is good with all the instruments. The CW lab contains computers with high-end graphics.
Faculty: The teaching quality is good, and teachers are mostly Ph.D. professors. Semester exams are easy to moderate, and mostly the questions come from previous papers. Teachers are helping students by providing PPT and handwritten notes. Teachers take a test in a month for revision.
Other: I chose a software engineer because it is quite easy, and I have an interest in coding. Many fests are organised by the society in the college, such as Engifest, Diwali Mela, etc.

Delhi Technological University - DTU talks and tables.
Placements: According to the number of students studying in the university, the placements are average. The number of companies that visit is insanely remarkable, thus making the placements in comparison to other colleges comparable and way better than others. Keeping this in mind, the college is very good.
Infrastructure: Course infrastructure is amazing. The Wi-Fi availability and the library are very well-equipped. The library is also open for 24 hours. When exams are coming, they happen on time.
Faculty: Exams are held with honesty, and students are helped by professors. Good resources are provided to each and every student, and the accommodation capacity is huge. External viva are held, and many practical-based exams are held to help the students to be ready to take on the real-life learning intake. Only necessary topics are taught in ML, and AI are also captivating and brilliant.
Other: Engifest is the most amazing fest of Delhi, and many more interesting fests are happening.

College is good with an excellent placement rate, a good campus view, and a hill vibe.
Placements: The placement percentage of DTU is above 85%. The highest package is 64 LPA, the average package is 20 LPA, and the lowest package is in the range of 7 to 10 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Google, Microsoft, and Amazon. The internship rate is above 90 per cent in companies like Google, Amazon, Apple, and Cisco. Top roles include software development engineer, web developer, and full-stack developer.
Infrastructure: Facilities in DTU are quite good, with a good Wi-Fi connection, proper labs, and classrooms with a capacity of around 100 students with comfortable tables. The library is also very good, with many books on different topics, a good Wi-Fi connection, and proper facilities with a lot of space for reading and studying it.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and helpful, with great knowledge in their fields. They are experts in their core subjects. The course is curriculum-related and provides a wide scope in the tech industry. It prepares students for the industry and encourages them to go beyond the limits of the industry. Semester exams are quite moderate, with a pass percentage of around 30 to 33%.
Other: I have a great interest in software development, so I chose this course. This course is solid and still allows us to compete in placements with CSE students, which is a good thing about it. I don't think anything needs to be upgraded in my course. Events and fests are quite good in this college, having fests like Yuvaan and Engifest, which are the largest fests in North India. The college has connectivity with metro stations around it; Samaypur Badli and Rithala are the closest to it. It also gives students opportunities for scholarships.

DTU- Amazing college with good facilities.
Placements: The placements of the 2025 software engineering batch were really good. With a maximum package of 85 LPA from SE, the average being 22 LPA and the median being 19 LPA. The total number of students placed from software engineering was around 80 to 90 percent.
Infrastructure: The facilities and the infrastructure of the college and the course/department are good. Wi-Fi, classrooms, laboratories, library, etc. All other facilities like hostel, the quality of food in the mess and canteen, medical facilities, sports, and games.
Faculty: Teachers of software engineering are very helpful, very qualified, and very knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good, covering everything about the syllabus. The course curriculum is very relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. Exams are okay.

    It's good if you are good at coding or you have an interest in programming then you'll surely get an excellent placement from the branch. My friend recently grabbed a 90k per month internship from the software engineering branch. So, Definitely, his placement will be much higher than the internship

    No, absolutely not. I will prefer you to take a drop and prepare again because this is very little chance that you can improve your score in April mains.
