A wonderful experience in this green campus.
Placements: Almost 80 to 85% of students are placed in my course. The highest package is 46 LPA, and the lowest is about 6 LPA. Companies like L&T, Infosys, and Intel come to our college for recruitment. Top roles offered are scrum master, project lead, testing engineer, and program developer.
Infrastructure: All the rooms are well-maintained and very hygienic. The food is good but it provides the same food every week. There is a medical center. There are various labs with high technology. There are places where students get a chance to focus on physical development. There is a gym and sports activities too.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified. They help us and guide us clearly. Unless we go, nobody will approach. So if we approach them, they will always be there for us. Our curriculum is more course outcome-oriented. Exams are easy if you study well. Our college is strict in discipline.
Other: My course offers me all the things. We have great clubs available to join. Our college fest Anaadhyantha is the biggest 2 day fest. We enjoy a lot, and there are a lot of opportunities for us to develop both personally and professionally. There is a special team that looks after student's mental well-being.

Good learning environment with supportive faculty and strong placements.
Placements: In my course, around 75–80 percent of eligible students get placed. The packages ranges from 3.5-18 LPA, and the average is about 6–7 LPA. Top recruiters include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini, PwC, Deloitte, Bosch, and L&T Technology Services. Nearly 60 percent of students also secure internships with companies like Bosch, Infosys, PwC, Deloitte, and several Bengaluru-based startups. The roles offered are diverse. It ranges from software development, data analysis, and system engineering to consulting. A smaller group also receive opportunities in cybersecurity and embedded systems. It aligns more closely with the core electronics background of the course.
Infrastructure: Our department offers a supportive academic environment with well equipped classrooms. Along with projectors and campus-wide Wi-Fi. It makes learning more interactive. Labs, especially in electronics, VLSI, and computing, are regularly updated. This gives us practical exposure beyond theory. The central library is a major advantage. It has a wide collection of books, journals, and digital resources. Along with quiet study space for focused learning.
Faculty: Faculty at our course are very supportive, approachable, and knowledgeable in their subjects. Most of them have strong academic backgrounds. Some bring in industry exposure. It helps bridge the gap between theory and practice. The teaching quality is good overall. Teachers encouraging questions and discussions rather than just focusing on lectures. The curriculum is designed to cover both core electronics and emerging fields like programming, data structures, and communication systems. While it provides a solid foundation, students often supplement it with online courses or internships to become more industry-ready, especially for software roles.
Other: I am a part of the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) batch. I am graduating in 2026. I chose this because it combines hardware and software knowledge. It gives me to select multiple career paths. One of the best thing about the course is the mix of theory and practical exposure through labs, projects, and internships. It really helps in building problem-solving skills and adaptability. Campus life is vibrant and diverse. We have technical and cultural fests, clubs, and student communities. It encourages participation beyond academics. The campus crowd is friendly and collaborative. It makes group activities enjoyable.

Good infrastructure and active campus life with decent placements and supportive faculty members.
Placements: I was part of the 2023 ECE batch at NMIT Bengaluru, with around 78% of students placed. The average package is 6.5 LPA. Top recruiters included Bosch, TCS, and Capgemini. About 65% of students got internships in companies like L&T and HCL in core and software roles.
Infrastructure: NMIT Bengaluru offers good lab facilities, Wi-Fi, smart classrooms, and a well-stocked library for the ECE department. Hostels are clean with basic amenities, and the mess food is decent. Medical and sports facilities are also available on campus.
Faculty: Teachers at NMIT are helpful and well-qualified. The teaching quality is good. The curriculum is relevant and industry-focused. Semester exams are moderately tough, with a pass percentage of around 85% to 90% for most of them.
Other: I was part of the 2023 ECE batch at NMIT Bengaluru and chose the course due to my interest in electronics. Labs and project work are the best parts, but the syllabus needs more industry updates. The campus is lively with fests, good crowds, decent connectivity, and active clubs and sports.

Overall, quality of education is good in our college.
Placements: About 75% of students got placed in our course. The highest package is 28 LPA. Average package is 13 LPA, and the lowest package is 4 LPA to 5 LPA. Top recruitment companies are Intel and Qualcomm. Around 60 to 75% of our students got internships at Qualcomm and Bosch India. Top roles include network engineer and VLSI design designer.
Infrastructure: We have good infrastructure and classrooms in our department with Wi-Fi and well-facilitated labs and emerging and supportive books in the library. Hostel food is average, not that great. The food in canteen is a bit expensive. Medical facilities are good with proper treatment. You have well-supportive coaches and trainers for sports and games.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They share emerging knowledge with the students, which is understandable and very effective. The course curriculum is relevant, but it goes away with some subjects that are not required. Semester exams are a bit difficult in order to maintain the respective pattern and level of exams. Pass percentage is about 30 to 35%.

This is a good college and you can consider if you can compromise with location and attendance.
Placements: 75% to 80% of students got placed, but depends on the branch, and for ECE it's 80%. In ECE, the average package is 6 LPA,3.5 LPA is the lowest, and 28 LPA is the highest. Top companies like IBM, Accenture, Capgemini recruit students. 50% of students got internships easily. Embedded software engineer is demanding role from our course.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, classrooms are average, no Wi-Fi for students, and 3 libraries are available. Hostel is small but clean. The food is tasty as it's North Indian style, so you can consider this college. It has football ground, basketball ground, and cricket turf too so you can enjoy that.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and have good knowledge about academics and many are helpful and some are very rude. They try to make students industry-ready but at the end it depends on students' skill set. Exams are two internals and one semester exam is taken.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in microcontrollers and coding, I like practical and industry-related teaching in my course as my course is purely industry-related.

I am satisfied with my college and it's placements in 2025. It has very good infrastructure.
Placements: The placement percentage of the electronics and communication department is 90% of which 60% of recruiters are from IT companies and another 30% recruiters are from core companies. You can expect good packages from software-related companies like around 10 LPA to 20 LPA. By coming to packages from core companies you can expect around 5 LPA to 12 LPA. As of now, the highest package in our ECE branch is 35 LPA offered by a Japanese company. The average package is around 6 LPA. Top recruiters are IBM, Nvidia, Mercedes, etc. Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology provides students with trained Japanese language to make them perfect for Japan-related companies.
Infrastructure: NMIT provides an ambiance environment on campus and classrooms are well-maintained, as we know libraries are the most important part of college. At NMIT they provide a library full of books that are accessible for all college students and they can keep it for 16 days. Hostels and other facilities provided by Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology are good and well-disciplined. Mess food is too good with different varieties of dishes that can be adjustable for both North and South Indians.
Faculty: Teachers at NMIT are well-disciplined and follow punctuality. Teachers help their students overcome academic stress and prepare for exams and also they prepare their students for industries. Facilities at NMIT are well-educated and well-disciplined. Semester exam difficulty is moderate anyone can track it easily.
Other: I chose my course because of my interest and to build something unique product for people. Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology is present on the outskirts of Yelahanka so you can't expect any buses from Yelahanka to travel you should go through autorickshaws.

NITTE Meenakshi Institute Of Technology.
Placements: People from ECE usually get placed more in IT. The highest package is 41 LPA. The average package here is almost around 6-7 LPA. Many top recruiting companies come here. Students usually go outside campus to do their internship. Employee roles are usually offered more.
Infrastructure: Faculty members are too good, they help a lot and come forward to help us in everything. They also teach good and make us get into many different things. Every classroom has a projector and a green board. Quality of hostel is also good, food quality is also good.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful, and yes, they are qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is okok. ECE is a relevant course, and it also makes students ready for industry. Semesters aren't different; it all depends on how we study and how we get prepared for the exams conducted.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to get into a good college, and somehow this college was also in the top 10 among all the colleges. I chose this course according to my rank I got in KCET. Anadyantha is the fest which happens every May of the year. Extracurricular activities usually take place here regularly.

NITTE Meenakshi Institute of Technology is the best for placements in engineering.
Placements: NMIT provides the best placements. About 95% of students get placed every year. The highest package is 35 LPA, the lowest is 6 LPA and the average is 8 LPA. The top recruiting companies at NMIT are Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, Tata, Bosch, Sony, Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Collins Aerospace, HP, Lenovo and many more. About 75% students get internship every year.
Infrastructure: The labs are very good. There is a Wi-Fi facility and the computers in the software branch labs are high-end computers. Food in the mess is best and hostel rooms are good with all facilities. There are vending machines in the hostel. There is a lot of scope for sports and other activities at NMIT.
Faculty: The faculty members at NMIT are doctorates and Ph.D. holders. The faculty members are more supportive in all ways. They help the students in all possible ways. Lecturers provide industry-level training for students to get recruited by the best companies. Semester exams are moderate in level, not too tough or too easy.
Other: I am interested in electronics, so I chose this branch, particularly at NMIT, because there is a lot of training available for ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION branch students. Fest, cultural activities, competitions, and hackathons are common at NMIT. There is a techno fest in May called Anadyanta, which is the biggest techno fest in Bangalore.

Yes, you can get this college and even your rank is below 10k.As the branch you opted is also demanding. If you didn't get, then wait for few more counseling, so that chances may come. Hope for the best.
