Distance LLB admissions 2025 are based on the criteria that you must have a cleared class 10+2 examinations with a minimum of 45 to 50 percent. Many private institutes provide LLB distance education with the same curriculum as the regular LLB course, but it is been taught for educational purposes only.

Through LLB distance education admissions 2025, you can take part in Law and related educational programs, but to practice law legally in courts is still not approved by BCI (Bar Council of India), the reason being the lack of practical knowledge and experience gained through regular LLB classes.
Moreover, you do not need to sit for Law entrance exams like CLAT, for LLB distance education, as there is no such requirement for an entrance exam score for admissions. However, the facilitating institute can ask for their own entrance scores, followed by the interview or GDs.

LLB Distance Education Admission Process 2025

There are no entrance exams at the national level like CLAT or AILET for admission to LLB correspondence courses. Most admissions in colleges are based on merit in the qualifying exam, which is graduation or post-graduation.

Apart from marks in the qualifying exam, candidates must meet the institute’s eligibility criteria. There can be personal interviews before offering admission or a small written test. In a nutshell, no state-level or national-level entrance exam is applicable for admission to correspondence/distance LLB courses.

Moreover, some general steps to enroll in the LLB degree distance learning course entail:

  • Research and choose an LLB Distance Education program (correspondence Law degree) from a recognized institution.
  • Check eligibility criteria and ensure you meet them.
  • Obtain the application form, fill it out, and submit it along with the required documents.
  • Pay the application fee as specified.
  • Await admission review and confirmation from the institution.
  • Upon admission, complete enrollment formalities and pay tuition fees.

LLB and CA both are hard but not same type. LLB needs lot of reading and learning laws with writing practice. CA is more about maths, logic and accounting work. Many students feel CA tougher because passing rate is small. If you like law and study daily, LLB becomes not so hard later.
