AEEE 2021 phase 2 starts tomorrow i.e. June 11  to 14 in remote proctored mode. Check last-minute preparation tips & exam day guidelines below.

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is all set to conduct AEEE 2021 phase 2 examination from June 11 onwards. Eligible candidates are advised to read the exam instructions before appearing for AEEE 2021 phase 2. The authority will conduct AEEE 2021 phase 2 for four days until June 14. The exam will be held in two slots. The test will be of 90 minutes duration with 60 questions.  

AEEE slot booking 2021 will start from April 12 for phase 1. Only those candidates who are interested to appear in AEEE 2021 phase 1 will be able to book the slot for appearing in the exam. AEEE admit card 2021 for phase 1 exam will be issued for candidates who successfully book their slots.

AEEE 2021: Exam Day Guidelines - Before the Test

  • Desktop/laptop (with a webcam, Microphone), Internet connection, and uninterrupted power supply are mandatory for the exam. Candidates taking examinations on mobile are not considered for the ranking
  • Candidates shall be seated in front of the desktop or laptop, facing the screen and webcam throughout the duration of the examination
  • Candidates must be seated in a way that there is enough light to capture his/her face clearly
  • If you are using a laptop, it should be fully charged before the start of the test
  • No one else should be present in the surroundings other than the candidate during the test. Unusual sound/noise may be treated as an attempt to malpractice
  • Candidates can have a water bottle accessible during test-taking as they are not allowed to leave the test screen during the examination
  • Keep a mobile phone with the registered phone number in proximity for the authorities to contact whenever necessary & to enable you to contact the helpdesk when needed during the ID verification process before the exam
  • Taking AEEE mock test is mandatory to qualify to take the LIVE exam and ensure that there are no hassles during the LIVE exam.
  • Late login is permitted up to the first 30 minutes of the LIVE examination. Till 10:30 am/ 2:30 pm entry will be open also based on the late entry extra time will be given.

AEEE 2021 Exam Day Guidelines: During the test

  • Do not navigate from the main screen. Candidates shall not open any other application/software window during the test
  • Do not leave the seat in between the examination
  • Candidates must keep in mind that their images and videos will be recorded and supervised in near real-time by Al as well as a human proctor
  • Therefore, it is strictly advised that the candidate does not leave the seat during the test
  •  No bio breaks are permitted during the test
  • Applicants can use only the chat option with the human proctor during examination for queries. Avoid using mobile phones.
  • Candidates are allowed to use only the onscreen calculator provided in the exam portal
  • Candidates will not be allowed to communicate with anyone during the test or use any device like phones or tablets for any purpose
  • Candidates shall make sure that they are using the same laptop /desktop throughout the exam
  • In case of power failure, there is no impact on the duration/answers already submitted
  • Answers are stored and are intact up to the time of power failure
  • The timer on the screen stops in case of interruptions due to power or internet or computer malfunction and the responses are captured till the last second before the occurrence of the interruption
  • Candidates can log in with the same username and password once the interruptions are cleared and the timer starts only on re-login. The candidate shall resume the test from where it was interrupted.

System Requirements for AEEE 2021 Phase 2 Remote Proctored Exam (RPE)

2 core (4 vCPU) or above with 2.2 GHz or more clock speed

RAM

2 GB or above

Web camera

Webcam must have a minimum resolution of 640x480 @ 15 fps.
Webcam may be internal or may be external and connected to the computer. The camera must run natively in the OS and not with help of other software.

Microphone

Built-in microphones are acceptable, as are external microphones.

Screen resolution

1024x768 and above

Internet

2MBPSor more–dedicated and continuous connectivity. (Wired or wireless networks)
Candidate test-taking terminals will be directly connected to the cloud server.

Last-minute preparation tips for AEEE 2021

  • In the last lap of preparation, avoid taking any new topics from any subject.
  • There will be chaos and further confusion if anyone takes any new topic to study
  • Rather, it is advised to dedicate the time to revise the units, topics, and what you have already studied so far
  • In the last week, candidates should be determined and very subjective in terms of the syllabus to be revised
  • Candidates should study only those topics, which are weak, and needs improvement

No, for unattempted question marks will not be deducted in Athe EEE 2026 exam. However, 1 mark will be deducted for wrong answers.

Yes. A new section of 'Quantitative Aptitude' has been added to the AEEE syllabus. However, the syllabus for this section has not been mentioned by Amrita.
