Candidates can find the list of certificates required for verification at the TG EAPCET helpline centres on this page. Students must present the originals of these documents along with 2 to 3 photocopies. The TS EAMCET 2026 counselling document verification is conducted in person at designated helpline centres throughout Telangana.
Documents Required for TS EAMCET Counselling: Candidates need to be present for certificate verification at the TG EAPCET Help Line Centre, as per the date and time booked during the slot booking. TGCHE has released the list of help line centres and the category-wise schedule for certificate verification. All candidates must complete the TS EAMCET 2026 counselling registration and then book the slot (date, time and helpline centre) to physically attend the TS EAMCET 2026 certificate verification process.
The documents that students should carry with them to the helpline centres have been listed below on this page. The candidates must check the list of documents needed and gather them before reaching the helpline centre of TS EAMCET. If the documents are not verified, candidates will not be able to proceed to the option entry stage of the counselling process.
Certificate Needed for Verification at TS EAMCET 2026 Helpline Centres
Candidates must carry all original certificates and 2 sets of xerox copies of the following at the TS EAMCET helpline centres 2026:
- TG EAPCET 2026 Rank Card
- TG EAPCET 2026 Hall Ticket
- Aadhar Card
- S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo
- Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-Cum-Pass Certificate
- VI to Intermediate or its equivalent Study Certificates
- Transfer Certificate (T.C)
- Income Certificate issued on or after 01-01-2026 by the competent authority, if applicable
- EWS Income and Asset Certificate issued by the Tahsildar, valid for the year 2026-27, if applicable
- Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority, if applicable
- Residence Certificate of the candidate for a period of 7 years preceding the qualifying examination, in case the candidate has no institutionalised education.
- In respect of Non-Local candidates, in order to consider them for allotment under unreserved seats, the following certificates need to be submitted.
Certificates to be produced by PHC/CAP/NCC/Sports (SG) / AngloIndian (ANG) Candidates
All original certificates and 3 sets of photocopies of the following.
- PHC (Physically Challenged) candidates have to produce a certificate issued by the District Medical Board. Candidates with 40% and above disability are only eligible.
- Children of Armed Forces Personnel (CAP) need to produce a Children of Armed Forces Personnel (CAP) certificate.
- NCC (National Cadet Corps) candidates have to submit certificates issued by competent authorities.
- Sports (SG) candidates have to produce Sports Achievements / Testimonials along with the Form - I, II, III & IV, duly certified/attested by the concerned State Sports Associations recognised by the Sports Authority of Telangana
- Anglo-Indian (ANG) candidates need to carry the Anglo-Indian certificate issued by the Tahsildar of their place of Residence
After TG EAPCET 2026 Counselling Document Verification
After verifying original certificates, a Receipt of Certificates (ROC) will be issued, signed by the Chief Verification Officer. Candidates or parents should verify the details on the ROC and promptly contact the Chief Verification Officer for any corrections.
After the certificate verification, candidates will receive their Login ID on their registered mobile number. If not received, collect it from the Help Line Centre before leaving the Certificate Verification Hall. Write down the Login ID you receive and keep it private.
