GATE 2018 registration dates extended
GATE 2018 registration ends today, October 9. Thea pplication submission dates had been extended till October 9.
"In response to the request received for the extension of the closing date for application submission, it has been extended to 20:00 Hrs (IST) of 9th October 2017 (Monday)", stated the GATE 2018 website.
GATE 2018 application process commenced on the official website in the month of September. GATE 2018 exam dates were announced by IIT Guwahati. The exam will be held on February 3 - 4 & February 10 - 11, 2018 (Saturdays & Sundays). .
For GATE 2018 enrolment, application filling, application submission, students will be required to visit the GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS) website.
IIT Guwahati is the organising institute of GATE 2018. The institute has released all other GATE related dates and details on the official website.

GATE 2018 Application Process:
Interested aspirants can register for GATE 2018 in three simple steps:
Registration: Students need register themselves on the official website of GOAPS 2018 with their name, address, contact details and password. After registration, candidates will be required to fill in personal and communication details. They will also have to choose the paper which they wish to take along with the examination country.
Uploading of documents: At the second step, candidate’s will need to upload their photo, signature, thumb impression and provisional certificate.
Fee payment: The last step involves paying the GATE 2018 application fee which is Rs. 1500 for Male (General/OBC) and other category students, Rs. 750 for SC/ST/Pwd and Women (All Categories) candidates and $50 for international students.
After the successful payment of GATE 2018 fee, a unique “Fee Payment Number” would be generated. This must be saved by candidates for future use.
This number is important and must be entered before the final submission of the GATE 2018 application form.
GATE 2018 admit cards will be available for download from January 5, 2018.
