VITEEE 2026 Exam Centres: The Vellore Institute of Technology has released the list of VIT exam centres. The exam city can be checked here as well as in the information brochure. Candidates who want to apply for VITEEE can enter their choice of city while filling application form. The centre address and details will be mentioned clearly on the admit card of VIT engineering entrance exam. This year, the VIT BTech exam is being conducted across 130 cities in India and 9 cities abroad. Once test city is allotted cannot be changed under any circumstances.
The Vellore Institute of Technology has started VITEEE registration, and the last date to submit is March 31, 2026. Candidates will have to select only one test city in application process. What are the centres for the VITEEE exam 2026?
VIT exam centres for India and abroad are now available. Interested candidates must provide their choice test city while filling application form for Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination. According to the official notification, VITEEE 2026 will take place from April 28 to May 3.
The VIT BTech exam centre will be allotted based on the choice provided by the applicant during registration.

Important Instructions to note while selecting VITEEE Test City
As mentioned above, candidates can select their VITEEE exam city during registration process. It must be noted that they can only select test city from their Native State or Current Address or School State. Once the city is selected, it cannot be edited after submission. However, due to administrative reasons or logistic reasons, the nearest different city with an available slot can be allotted, and the same will be informed to the applicants.
The authorities have announced VITEEE exam dates, candidates must refer to the schedule to avoid missing out on events.

Candidates can add only one VITEEE exam centre 2026 while filling the form. Students are advised to check their board codes and mention the pincode carefully.
How to add VITEEE 2026 Exam Centre during registration?
Candidates can enter their choice for VITEEE exam centre at the time of registration. The process to select can be checked below -

- Click on register and fill in required details
- The application number and password will be sent to the registered mobile number and email ID
- Now, fill personal, educational, and other details
- Select state, city and test city information
- Upload documents and pay the fees.
- Submit the form and save

VIT Engineering Entrance Exam Slot Booking: When to book slot, how to get link, steps, and instructions
After registration, VIT will open the slot booking process for the examination. VITEEE slot booking will be available at OTBS portal. During this process, students have to choose the test city (must be the same as provided at the time of registration).To book a slot, students have to enter their login details. The exam slot will be offered to applicants based on availability. Once allotted, it cannot be changed under any circumstances.

Candidates appearing for the Vellore Institute of Technology BTech entrance exam must carry their admit card along with a valid ID proof (hard copies). Candidates can check important guidelines that must be followed at VITEEE exam centre 2026 below -
