Candidates can follow the given steps to download the WBJEE 2023 admit card. 

  • Go to the official website of WBJEE 2023
  • Click on the admit card link
  • Candidates will have to provide their WBJEE 2023 application form number and date of birth.
  • After providing the credentials, the candidates will have to click on the 'Sign In' button.
  • The admit card will be displayed on the screen.

Problems while downloading WBJEE 2023 admit card

Candidates might face issues when trying to download their WBJEE admit card. This can be due to the following possible reasons: 

  • Incomplete registration: WBJEE admit card can only be downloaded by candidates who have successfully completed their online registrations and paid the application fee. Candidates must be extremely careful while filling out the WBJEE application form. 
  • Incorrect Credentials: In case a candidate forgets WBJEE login credentials, he/she will not be able to download the WBJEE hall ticket. In this situation, the candidates will have to recover the credentials using their registered email ID. 
  • Slow Internet: Candidates will not be able to download their WBJEE admit card if the internet is slow. So, check your internet and try again.

Candidates will be able to generate a duplicate WBJEE admit card on the official website for free but only till the exam day. After that, the admit card can only be provided by the WB Board. For this, the candidates will have to apply on the official website and pay a processing fee of INR 500 by a bank draft issued in the name of the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board payable in Kolkata.

Q: Is there any Probability to change the WBJEE exam centre after the release of admit cards?

No. Once the WBJEE registration and form correction process ends, no request to change the WBJEE exam centre will be entertained by the board. The authorities allot exam centres as per the preferences that are provided in the WBJEE application form. Therefore, the candidates are advised to be careful while selecting their preferred exam centre in the application form. Since it is important for the candidates to be familiar with the exam centres, they are advised to go to their respective centre a day before to be familiar with the route.

No. The authorities will not accept candidates with digital copies of their WBJEE admit card. Only those candidates who have a physical printed copy of their admit card will be allowed entry into the WBJEE exam centres. Along with the admit card, the candidates will also be asked to produce their identity proof at the centre. Some of the approved identity proofs are Passport, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Student ID or any Government ID. In some cases, the students may be asked to produce their special category certificate, such as reservation certificate or PwD certificate.
