Mathematics
Based on previous years papers analysis, it is observed that the Mathematics paper is a bit lengthy. So, the students need to have good speed and accuracy for completing this paper on time. Applying short tricks and techniques are always very helpful. During the preparation, try to solve more questions of this subject to improve speed and accuracy.
Some of the important topics with high weightage are 3D Geometry, Probability, Vectors, Sets, Relations and Functions, Permutation and Combination, Statics and Dynamics, Trigonometry, Matrices and Determinants, Limit and Continuity, Sequence and Series, Indefinite Integration and Complex Numbers.
Chemistry
The main advantage of this subject is that many direction questions are asked based on the equation, reaction and theory. So, make a handbook for this subject in which every important concept, formulae, reactions and equations are written. This would help in a quick revision of the subject.
Some of the important topics with high weightage are Mole Concepts, Chemical Kinetics, General Organic Chemistry, Biomolecules, Chemical Equilibrium and Bonding, Nuclear and Surface Chemistry, Alkanes, Alkenes and Alkynes, Ionic Equilibrium, Aldehyde and Ketone, Atomic Structure, S and P Block Elements and Co-Ordination Compounds.
Physics
To score high in Physics, one should focus on clarifying the concepts of each chapter in the syllabus. Along with this, focus on learning the important formulae and derivations.
Some of the important topics with high weightage are Current Electricity, Alternating Current, Wave and Ray Optics, Thermodynamics and Heat, Electrostatics, Modern Physics, Electromagnetic Induction, Communication, Solids and Semiconductor Devices, Electromagnetic Waves, Fluids and Physics of Nucleus.
Effective tips for preparation
- Analyse and work more on the strong and average subject to make it strongest
- Revise the subjects/ topics covered in the day
